My favorite season of the year is Fall. There are many reasons I love Fall, the leaves change colors, the temperatures drop, the holidays are near, and my birthday is in October (mostly this). However, I am starting to love the beauty of all seasons. I see things I never really paid attention to before. In the spring, the trees are no longer bare; flowers are sprouting up beautifully and are so full of color; the sunshine, and birds chirping greet us every morning. Summer brings long sunny days, vacations, more gatherings to enjoy life and be inclusive, and more opportunities to make memories as with the kids being out of school. I’ve noticed how energetic I felt this summer. I’ve had the most summer SUMMER of my life traveling and enjoying quality time with my loved ones. While winter may bring cooler temperatures and require us to be inside more (due to rising COVID cases), I still look forward to it with optimism. See, like the season, I have gone through many changes (as I’m sure you have as well), and I’m still here!

But it is so easily forgotten after you have been married for a while and life becomes busy with children, work, and other responsibilities) and so much more. It is our prayer that, in this issue, you gain enough hope to recognize and accept opportunities to begin again, that you see the beauty in this season of your life no matter where you are or what you are going through.
