Tudo que os investidores e empreendedores precisam para fazer negócios no Ceará pode ser encontrado na estrutura do Centro de Eventos do Ceará. Em em um só lugar é possível ter acesso à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Trabalho (Sedet) e suas vinculadas, além de guichês de atendimento da Superintendência Estadual do Meio Ambiente (Semace) e da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz). No Centro de Eventos já funcionava outro importante órgão para a economia do Ceará: a Secretaria de Turismo (Setur).

Everything that investors and entrepreneurs need to do business in Ceará can be found in the Ceará Events Center. In one place it is possible to access the Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor (Sedet) and its affiliates, as well as service counters for the State Superintendence of the Environment (Semace) and the Department of Finance (Sefaz). The Events Center was already home to another important agency for Ceará’s economy: the Tourism Secretariat (Setur).

A missão da Sedet é ser o agente catalisador do desenvolvimento econômico do estado do Ceará de forma sustentável, em uma ambiência que favoreça a viabilização e manutenção de negócios e que contribua para o fomento do emprego e do empreendedorismo. Suas vinculadas, que funcionam na mesma estrutura do Centro de Eventos, são a Adagri (Agência de Defesa Agropecuária do Ceará), Adece (Agência de Desenvolvimento do Ceará), Jucec (Junta Comercial do Ceará), CIPP (Complexo Industrial e Portuário do Pecém) e ZPE Ceará (Zona de Processamento de Exportação).

O espaço surgiu pela lógica de criar no Ceará o melhor ambiente de negócios para investidores e empreendedores. Ele permite atender o conceito de One Stop Shop, tudo em um único lugar. O acesso ao local é feito pelo Portão D do Centro de Eventos.

Na entrada, fica localizado o posto de atendimento do IDT, que realiza atividades de cadastro de trabalhadores, encaminhamento para as oportunidades e habilitação para o seguro-desemprego.

O posto também oferece serviços do Ceará Credi, programa de microcrédito sustentável lançado em 2020 pelo Governo do Ceará, executado pela Agência de Desenvolvimento do Ceará (Adece), que concede crédito e capacitação aos microempreendedores.

No bloco ao lado, ainda no subsolo, está a área para atendimento ao público com guichês da Adagri, Adece, Jucec, Semace e Sefaz. Também existem salas do Investidor e Empreendedor, além do Coworking e Datacenter. No segundo mezanino, os empreendedores e investidores encontram os expedientes de todo o Sistema Sedet, incluindo os escritórios do CIPP e da ZPE, além da articulação do IDT.

O andar conta ainda com 14 salas de reuniões personalizadas com os Clusters do Programa Ceará Veloz, iniciativa do Governo do Ceará que traz um conjunto de ações para acelerar o crescimento da economia cearense, com a redução das desigualdades econômicas e sociais.

Its associated companies, which operate within the same building as the Events Center, are Adagri (Ceará’s Agricultural and Livestock Defense Agency), Adece (Ceará’s Development Agency), Jucec (Ceará’s Board of Trade), CIPP (Pecém Industrial and Port Complex) and ZPE Ceará (Export Processing Zone).

The space emerged from the logic of creating in Ceará the best business environment for investors and entrepreneurs. It allows you to meet the One Stop Shop concept, all in one place. Access to the venue is via Gate D of the Events Center. At the entrance, the IDT service station is located, which performs activities for registering workers, referring them to opportunities and qualifying for unemployment insurance. The post also offers services from Ceará Credi, a sustainable microcredit program launched in 2020 by the Government of Ceará, run by the Ceará Development Agency (Adece), which grants credit and training to microentrepreneurs.

In the neighboring block, still in the basement, is the public service area with Adagri, Adece, Jucec, Semace and Sefaz counters. There are also Investor and Entrepreneur rooms, as well as a Co-working and Datacenter. On the second mezzanine, entrepreneurs and investors can find the offices of the entire Sedet System, including the CIPP and ZPE offices, in addition to the IDT articulation.

The floor also has 14 meeting rooms customized with the Ceará Veloz Program Clusters, an initiative of the Ceará Government that brings a set of actions to accelerate the growth of Ceará’s economy, with the reduction of economic and social inequalities.
