Join us for Storytime as we read, "Monkey: A Trickster Tale from India" by Gerald McDermott. Children will also use objects from the museum ' s collection to learn about India's culture and traditions. Children will also create their own puppet. Check with the branch to see if registration is required.

Museum of Anthropology: Explore the Amazon

We will read "Jabutí the Tortoise: A Trickster Tale" from the Amazon by Gerald McDermott. Using objects from the Museum’s collections, children will learn about the Amazon jungle and the people who live there. Children will make a paper tortoise. Check with the branch to see if registration is required.
