Las instalaciones de las oficinas de administración y bodegas (de herramientas) se montan en lo que será una futura plaza. Ya que conforman una zona céntrica en la obra, cuando la zona está completa, se retira las instalaciones y se trasladan a una nueva etapa dejando el espacio para la construcción del área verde

'Title exam From the House to the Square: reinterpret the material from top to bottom From the House to the Square was born as a response to an investigation about landmarks recognized in the valley of Melozal, corresponding to the commune of San Javier, Maule Region, Chile. In the project, the architect Fabiรกn Montecinos has dismantled an old deteriorating dwelling - time of arrival for a site of tourist interest - to reuse its characteristic materials and build a new public access space for the place.
The 'Lion's Cave' corresponds to a small village located in the Melozal Valley, seventh region of the Maule, Chile. It is a formation of giant rocks in which it houses inside a cave. This has become a point of interest for tourists and the same inhabitants of the area. With a harmonious and hidden landscape, the inhabitants have transformed the landmark into an informal public space.
At the arrival point of this cave, there is an old adobe house in a state of ruin. The house of 84 m2, built in adobe and suspended by means of a concrete radier 80 cm high, is part of and is a reference of the place.
