In partnership with Habitat for Humanity and three other churches (1st United Methodist, 1st Christian & 1st Presbyterian) FBC will help build a Habitat house for a family displaced by the recent tornado. We will be teaming with these other churches during the month of September. Each church will be responsible for providing volunteers and the meals for the crew on one of the Thursdays in September. Our assigned day is -

Haiti Mission Trip for High School Youth* March 21 – 26, 2020 Cost: $1,765 (estimate due to flights) *The trip is open to any high school youth active in Refuge Youth Ministry and willing to meet trip requirements. Registration opens September 1 and runs through September 30 at refugejc.com/haiti. This does not guarantee you will go. There are only 16 spots open for youth. If more than 16 youth register, priority will be given to older youth as younger youth will have future options for this trip. There is no deposit required to sign up in September. If you are selected to go, a deposit of $500 is due online by October 30 and the trip must be paid in full by March 1.
