KIDS Kids’ Overnight Camp >> We had a phenomenal time at our first Kids’ Overnight Camp at Logan Valley Retreat Center. Sixteen of our third through sixth graders learned about looking for “God’s Fingerprints” throughout “God’s Great Big World”. We learned that each of us are uniquely gifted to shine God’s light as we serve others. We learned about refugee ministry being done by Karen Morrow, CBF Field Personnel in Fort Worth, TX. The children got to play, make projects, learn, and worship. We collected a mission offering to help fund the preschool readiness program run by Karen Morrow. We raised $149.27 through camp offering.
Back to School Sunday, August 12th Join us for a super fun “move up” Sunday! To celebrate the new year we will have light breakfast treats for both our preschool and elementary children in their respective locations. Children will begin in their new classes; rising first graders may come to the Welcome Center room on the second floor (room 211) at the beginning of Bible teaching. See you on August 12th!
