FORT BEND CHRISTIAN ACADEMY PHILOSOPHY Fort Bend Christian Academy is committed to providing an exceptional college-preparatory education grounded in a distinctly Christian understanding of truth, learning, and human flourishing.

We affirm the Bible as the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. Scripture therefore serves as the foundation of our educational philosophy, the standard by which truth is discerned, and the lens through which every discipline is studied. Our calling extends beyond academic instruction. In partnership with families and the Church, we seek to cultivate the minds, shape the character, and nurture the faith of every student entrusted to our care.

We desire that students love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength; love others as themselves; and faithfully serve Christ in every sphere of life. Faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees embrace the sacred responsibility of preparing students not merely for academic success, but for lives of wisdom, integrity, purpose, and faithful influence.

MISSION Fort Bend Christian Academy exists to glorify God through excellence in college preparatory Christian education. It is the mission of Fort Bend Christian Academy to equip students to thrive spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

In fulfillment of this mission, FBCA seeks to: Provide a rigorous, biblically grounded college-preparatory curriculum; Cultivate an integrated biblical worldview across every area of learning; Invite students to know Christ, encourage them to reflect His character, and prepare them to proclaim His truth; Offer a balanced program of academics, fine arts, athletics, leadership, and other co-curricular opportunities; and Develop students who faithfully serve their school, churches, communities, and world.

MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Board of Trustees is pleased to share the FBCA Strategic Plan 2026–2031, a forward-looking guide shaped by prayerful discernment, institutional priorities, and a shared commitment to the mission of Fort Bend Christian Academy. This plan provides a clear framework for strengthening programs, facilities, finances, faculty support, student formation, and community engagement while remaining anchored in biblical truth and faithful stewardship.

The 2026–2031 Strategic Plan is organized around six initiatives that reflect the school’s mission, core values, and sustainability indicators. Each initiative includes focused goals and practical strategies designed to guide decision-making, measure progress, and communicate priorities clearly to the FBCA community.

The Board of Trustees has identified the following indicators of a sustainable Christian independent school. These indicators shape the priorities of this guide and provide a consistent lens for monitoring progress over the life of the plan.
