Realtors is very happy to welcome you to the Twin Cities!

Our agents and staff are looking forward to helping you learn about the area and get settled in.

Initial immigrants to settle in Minneapolis were French Canadian, Nordic, and Scandinavian European cultures. In more recent years, prominent Latinx, Southeast Asian, and Somali communities have developed around the city. In fact, the Cedar Riverside neighborhood is also known as “Little Mogadishu.”

Thanks to Theodore Wirth’s promise he made in 1904, and consequent work as Minneapolis Park Board Superintendent, no city resident is ever further than 6 blocks away from a park.

know...

On a per capita basis, the Twin Cities are second only to NYC in number of theater tickets sold (Pollstar). From world-class productions at the Guthrie Theater to improv stages at one of the many theater-based festivals, the Minneapolis theatre scene has something for every taste.

Minnesota has 90,000 miles of shoreline. That’s more than California, Florida and Hawaii combined.

The famed Minneapolis skyway system connects 52 blocks (nearly 5 miles) of downtown and it makes it possible to live, eat, work and shop without going outside. The 2nd longest continuous skyway system in the world is across the river in Saint Paul!
