CITY COUNCIL RETREAT Fayetteville City Council members along with several City staffers met in LaGrange on February 13 and 14 for the 2020 City Council Retreat to update goals, objectives and action planning. 2/10

Held the weekly meeting with Assistant City Manager Alan Jones

Held the weekly Management Team meeting

Held an Administrative Services meeting including the following departments: Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications, and the City Clerks

Prepared for the City Council Retreat throughout the day

Attended a Unified Development Ordinance meeting with Community Development Diretor David Rast and City Planner Denise Brookins

Final preparations for the City Council Retreat

Held a meeting with the owners of Georgia Pines Brewery to discuss their microbrewery at the Bus Barn

Held the initial planning meeting with architect Jefferson Browne to discuss ideas and options for the design of the Bus Barn and Gymnasium located on the New City Hall & City Center Park site; also in attendance were project manager Steve Mauro from Comprehensive Program Services, Community Development Director David Rast, Downtown Development Director Brian Wismer, Public Services Director Chris Hindman, and CFO Mike Bush

Met with Dawn Oparah from Fayette FACTOR to discuss their new office space

Attended the Fayette County Intergovernmental Committee meeting at the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce; Mayor Johnson was also present
