Staff bid 25-year City of Fayetteville employee Kristy Johnston a happy retirement. Kristy worked in payroll with the Finance Department.

Held a meeting with Steve Mauro from Comprehensive Program Services (CPS) to discuss various City projects Attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for Nailed It! DIY Studio on September 14 and attended their grand opening on September 18 Attended a meeting with Jefferson Brown and Gresham Architects to discuss the design for the City’s amphitheater renovations Worked on correspondence having to do with City real estate items Attended a meeting with Southtree Commercial and CPS that included a tour of the Triumph Station Bus Barn building and Biergarten plaza area Attended a meeting with Community & Economic Development staff and Avanta Residential staff to discuss a concept plan for 38 acres in the downtown area Addressed numerous contract-related items throughout the week regarding the City Hall & City Center Park project
