9/14 Held the weekly Management Team meeting Held a meeting with Assistant City Manager/Fire Chief Alan Jones 9/14 and Human Resources Director Nella Cooper to discuss the September 21 and 22 Public Works Retreat Held a meeting with Bill Stark and Tim Fenbert from Innercomm 9/14 Consulting to discuss the September 21 and 22 Public Works Retreat Attended the monthly Main Street Tourism Association meeting that 9/15 included dialogue on a SWOT analysis that was completed Along with Community & Economic Development Director David Rast, Economic Development Director Brian Wismer, and Steve 9/15 Mauro and Scott Dowdy from CPS, attended a meeting at Jefferson Browne Architects to discuss the Event Center and Microbrewery projects on the new City Hall & City Center Park site Along with Community & Economic Development Director David Rast, Economic Development Director Brian Wismer, Finance & Administrative Services Director Mike Bush, and IT Director Kelvin 9/15 Joiner, held a meeting with Steve Mauro from CPS to discuss team logistics as they pertain to the new City Hall & City Center Park project that also included a tour of the new City Hall building CONTINUED ON PAGE 2
