PRESIDENT'S REPORT Dear Members, I would like to start by wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my family, committee, Ladies Auxiliary, Volunteers, all Sub Committees, Associations, members and friends for your loyal support during the past six months.

The Club is a big challenge, with many facets of business and sports, all of which have various difficulties to overcome. The most difficult area by far and the most important would be our food and food service. The first half of the year we appointed a General Manager to take care of these issues, but unfortunately, this action was unsuccessful. We are currently trying a different structure with our existing staff, and will strive to improve the quality of service delivered.

On a positive note, we have implemented a new cash register system (Point of Sale), which hopefully will deliver better stock control and better management control. This new system will give members some purpose to continue with their membership by providing special prices for members and loyalty rewards.

We have opened our gaming room to provide better access to the smoking room, and we are

working closer to our sporting partners the Bulleen Zebras, the Bulleen Boomers, Junior Soccer, Bocce, Tennis and squash, and hopefully this collaboration between all parties will provide a better working environment and attract more people to the club.

The challenge I have over the next six months is not to remain stagnant, to be proactive in an endeavour to communicate with all areas of the club and to deliver better results.

Vice Presidents - Report

November 2003 Dear Members, As the year 2003 draws to an end, it is with pleasure that I put in my first report in this magazine. This year has seen major changes in the people elected to the main committee whereby a greater number of younger people nominated for committee positions thereby achieving a good mix of age group elected.

The challenge is now ahead of us to take the club into the future successfully and make it a place for our members, their children and grandchildren to enjoy, whether it be socially or by sporting activities. We will endeavour to make our club a place for all age groups to enjoy as we have great potential even with our current dining and sporting facilities.

The Veneto Club has operated very successfully over the last 30 years with a strong membership base and a good customer group that regularly attend our premises, whether it is for sport, gaming or socially. We shall now strive to carry this through to a younger age group.

We have great sporting committees and many volunteer groups who have worked hard over the years to achieve what we now have on this Anniversary, we shall therefore plan and look forward to the future in providing a club for our future members to enjoy.

Treasurer's Report The Trading period for the past six months have continued to disappoint.

Function and Sales Manager Dear Members and Friends Please allow me to introduce myself to those whom I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting.

My name is Nancy Facci, I have been employed at the Veneto since July 2003.

I, for the 25 years of my working life, have been involved in the Hospitality Industry both as an employee and employer. The experience and skills that I have gathered over this time I believe will be of great assistance in my role as Functions and Sales Manager.

I am pleased to be considered to be part of the Italian community and look forward to meeting all of you personally in the near future.

SPORTS' CENTRE REPORT Dear Members I take this opportunity of once again thanking you all for your loyal support and patronage towards the continued success of the Sports' Centre and in particular, the gymnasium.

I am pleased to report with much enthusiasm the Centre's revenue for the period May to October 2003 increased by 16.9% compared to the previous period in 2002. This follows an increase of 20.5% for the period January to April 2003 when compared to 2002.

Extended Gym Hours!

Due to the increase in Gym memberships these past months it has been decided that earlier Gym opening times during the week and on Saturday are necessary. I hope these extended times prove more convenient for our members.

The Boomers are back!

The WNBL season is back in full swing as are the Bulleen Boomers! The Veneto Club is the Bulleen Boomers home venue so come and support your team! The Boomers play here to a packed house providing excitement and entertainment for the entire family!

Senior Citizens Dear Members We are nearing the end of another year, they come and go like butterflies. You may have noticed we now are having dancing and singing at our monthly luncheons, which we never had before. It gives another atmosphere to the day for you to enjoy, and you may also bring your friends, if they have never been before.

We hope you have enjoyed our trips during the year, the last one was to Stawell, the Grampians, and Bendigo, seeing the sights during our stops which were enjoyable.

I, and the committee want to thank our President Mrs Dorina Di Marzio for all the work she puts in during the year. We all do our best to satisfy everyone.

Hello tennis members, It is with great honor that I have the chance to say thank you to all the tennis members that elected me as the President of the Tennis Committee. In June of this year we had a fairly major change in the structure of the Tennis Committee when Dino Bettiol (treasurer) and Jill Cappellin (secretary) both stepped down from their positions on the committee.

Firstly, I would like to personally thank them, and all of the members of the past committees, for the many years of dedication and hard work that they have contributed to the running of the tennis club. Thanks to them the tennis club has been running very smoothly and is in a sound financial position.

Secondly, I would like to publicly acknowledge our new team, consisting of, Romeo Crema (treasurer), Val Di Felice (secretary), Elena McCrone (juniors), Alma Zanatta (ladies), Paul Bisiani (maintenance) and myself as president. Unfortunately Elena has recently announced that she will be stepping down as the junior representative after some six years of tireless commitment and dedication to the promotion and advancement of tennis amongst our juniors. Thanks for a job well done. It would seem that one of the tennis coaches (Pablo) has volunteered to take over the management of the juniors.

Men's Tuesday Night Competition In the Autumn season of 2003, we had 13 teams in the competition of which 7 teams made the semi finals, 4 made the grand finals and 2 brought home the bacon.

Congratulations to Vets Section 1, consisting of Mario Basso, Jeff Alexander, Donato D'Augello, Oriano Giovanetti and Gary Livermore; and to Vets Section 7 comprising of Philip McCrone, Val Di Felice, William Yipp and yours truly.

During the current Spring season we have 12 teams participating of which 7 are in the Vets Competition, and at this stage it would appear that about half the teams should make the finals.

Mixed Doubles Competition Thursday night mixed doubles had 2 teams of which only 1 made the semi final but unfortunately they were defeated in the grand final. We hope they have better luck this season.

The Juniors Report We had 5 teams compete in the 2003 NEJTA Autumn season. All the teams played very well and all made the finals, culminating in 2 flags.

Congratulations to Boys Section 6, comprising of Andrew Hook, Mark Anania, Daniel Tonelli, Michael Prince and Tim Buckle; and to Boys Section 17 comprising of Marco Bajic, Zebedee Nicholls, David Di Stefano, Nathan Lemke and Jayden Mecarin.

Congratulations also to the three girls teams that made the finals but unfortunately were unable to finish the season on a high.

In the current Spring season we again have 5 junior teams and all are in the top four at the time of writing.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to all the team managers and parents for their support and hard work, without which the junior's competition

Women's Wednesday Night Competition We entered three teams in this competition and all three made the finals, but unfortunately only one brought home the flag. Well done Section 15, comprising of Vanessa Basso, Maria Bertoncello, Marisa D'Angelo, Jane Dal Castello and Vanessa Longo.

Section 4 lost in the semi final and Section 14, which was red-hot favorite in the grand final, lost by three games. Bad luck ladies but well done for getting there.

The Belli and Brutti Competition

At the end of the season we had our now famous, or should I say infamous "Belli and Brutti" handicapped Men's Doubles Competition. These are great events and allow every one to get to know each other better, especially on the final night when we provide a barbecue and some refreshments. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped out on the night and to Raymond Barro and Phillip Price who organized the draw and the handicaps. A special thank you to Carlo Travaglini from Alepat and Taylor for his most generous donation of mixed beverages

TheTennis Dinner Dance In May we had the traditional Tennis Dinner Dance, which has now become very popular, thanks to the organizational skills of Gianna Trovato, Elena McCrone and Romeo Crema. Over 200 people attended the evening and wined, dinned and danced the night away.

Thanks to the wonderful donations made by several sponsors we were able to make a modest profit that will be spent on improving the facilities for the tennis members. Every one had a great time so be sure you mark the 29th of May 2004 on your calendar for the next Dinner Dance, which promises to be bigger and better.

Finally, I would like to thank Tiziana Premoselli, the tennis liaison officer from the main committee, for all her support so far. With her support we have been able to improve the dinner platters on Tuesday nights and we are working closely with the main committee on enclosing the Baracca and providing some shelter at the end of court 4.

We have also had discussions with Vince Datoli, the tennis coach, and we have been able to reach an agreement that at least 1 court will be available for members use at all times. This satisfies the motion that was passed at the last AGM. Lastly, I would like to wish every one a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year.

Autumn Pennant Season The club competed with four teams in the V.S.R.A. Club Circuit Autumn Pennant Competition which concluded late in June. Best performed was the D-1 Grade team which was narrowly defeated in the final after leading the competition throughout the season. A disappointing result, but a fine season by all concerned.

Captains and Best Player Awards were as follows: Best Player Captain Mario Siliato Marc Odorico B-3 Grade Frank Chiodo Nat Surace D-1 Grade John Cassar John Cassar D-2 Grade John Coleman John Coleman E Grade Spring Pennant Season Currently the Spring Pennant season is drawing to a close with the finals scheduled for early November. Player numbers were down this season and only three teams were entered, however three new members joined during the season so hopefully our team strength can be increased next year.

Newcomers this year were Sid Verma, Richard Spalding, Michael Nicolazzo.

The Team Captains were as follows: Mario Siliato C-2 Grade Lou Dalla Riva D-2 Grade John Coleman E Grade As we go to press, only the C-2 team appears to be a finals proposition but must win both their remaining matches to make the Semi-final John Coleman Secretary.

Vorremmo che qualche genitore, oppure nonno, accompagnasse i propri figli o nipoti a imparare questo nostro magnifico Sport delle Bocce.

Siamo arrivati anche quest'anno a Natale e voglio augurare, a nome mio e a nome del mio comitato, a tutti i giocatori, a tutti i soci, e al Comitato Direttivo, Buon Natale e Felice Anno Nuovo.

Un'altra stagione a passata e con piacere mi accingo dpresentare un piccolo resoconto delle nostre attivita.

E stato pure organizzata per la festivity del "Melbourne Cup Day" una grande competizione con piu di 60 giocatori e ,durante queste gare e stato servito un appetitoso BBQ per tutti i partecipanti.

Ancora una volta la squadra statale del Victoria ai Campionati Nazionali Seniors (Brisbane) 6 stata composta da 3 giocatori del Veneto Club su 4. Anche le donne hanno rappresentato it nostro Club a Brisbane durante le gare nazionali femminili.

Parecchi nostri giocatori si sono distinti durante l'anno, speriamo che continuino nel futuro.

Anche quest'anno la serata dei Carciofi a stata un grande successo. Hanno partecipato pill di 230 persone, it mangiare a stato ottimo e la lotteria aveva buoni premi.

BOCCE FEDERATION of AUSTRALIA

Australia at the October World Bocce Championships.

Valter Brecevic and Anthony Parlato from the Veneto Club joined with other players from Sydney, Steven Chiandotto and Robert Mikuletic to represent Australia at the 2003 World Senior Bocce Championships and 30th Prince of Monaco Cup. The team was chosen by the Bocce Federation of Australia to compete in the six titles of the Championships, held in Nice, France attracting some 26 participating countries. It was hoped that the Australian team would emulate the third placing in Doubles at the last World Championships two years ago, but it was not to be. Coach Anthony Biancacci said that while the extra training helped, the strength of the top nations, France, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia put other nations under a lot of pressure. Australian President, Raymond Cher attended the World Congress at which Anti Doping in Sport was a key topic.

Australia's results: Doubles 5th Singles 6th Bowl Throw 7th Progressive 9th Rapid Doubles 7th Precision 13th.

Bocce Referee Course in Australia The Veneto Club was host to one of three international referee courses in Australia organised by the Bocce Federation of Australia. International Referee Christophe Levaillant, recommended by the world body Federation Internationale de Boules conducted a two day course in August in the understanding and application of the rules on court. The course cleared up many misconceptions on the interpretation of these rules. Other courses were held at the Marconi Club, Sydney and the Veneto Club, Adelaide.

Sixty seven potential referees attended the courses.

Healthpact 9th Australian Masters Games The Veneto Bocce players were well represented at the Games held at the Sloveanian Club, ACT in November.

The competition was organised by the Bocce Federation of Australia with the cooperation of the ACT federation.

Seventy one players from NSW, Victoria and ACT joined in the Masters, which encompassed over 10,000 mature aged athletes competing in over 50 sports.

This is the 5th Masters that Bocce has participated in.

Victorian Bocce Pennant 2003 Congratulations to the Veneto team on winning the final of the Victorian Federation Pennant Championship in November.

Club veteran Dean Tartaglia seriously injured himself playing for Victoria against China. Dean seriously damaged his achilles tendon requiring major surgery and unfortunately, would be out of action for the entire 2003 season. We hope that Dean will recover from his achilles tendon operation and be fit to play the Zebras in 2004.

The Bullen Zebras would like to thank past president Mr Rino Tessarotto, for the last two years of service, and also the commitment that Rino has shown over many years for soccer at the Veneto Club. Rino is not lost to soccer with the appointment of ground co-ordinator and Veneto Club liaison officer to the Bulleen Zebras.

The soccer club was well administrated in season 2003 but unfortunately, that achievement, did not reflect the necessary results that the club aspires to every year in its quest to compete for the title.

Even though the Zebras were extremely competitive all year with the several new acquisitions that were recruited to the club for season 2003.

As the newly appointed president and as the

club enters into its eight year of merger, the Bullen Zebras are committed in its partnership with the Veneto Club to bring back the glory of the 1997 and 1998 seasons. With the new management team now in place the club has acted quickly to appoint soccer hall of fame inductee, Peter 011erton as Senior Coach, and the club's 1998 flag winning Captain, Zebras legend Eric Hollingsworth, as his assistant.

The Bulleen Zebras are looking forward to an exciting 2004 campaign as we endeavour to compete for the greatest glory in the Victorian Premier League. Also come and support our Youth and Reserve teams, as these young men are the future of our Club.

Junior Soccer Report As Chairman of the Veneto Junior Club, Bulleen, I would like to say "un saluto a tutti voi" and report to you about the past year of Junior Soccer.

We had about 70 players of the age 7 years old, who participated in the Goalkick Program. They learned the basic skills of soccer, they do not play any competitive games.

We had 2 under 8 teams, 4 under 9 teams and also 4 under 10 teams. This group of players are called the Sub-Juniors. All their games are supposed to be non-competative. Now we go into the older age groups, we start off with 3 under 11 teams, 3 under 12 teams, 2 under 13 teams, 2 under 14 teams, 2 under 15 teams and 2 under 16 teams. All in all the club provided soccer for about 350 kids.

Most teams had a very successful year. Once again the Veneto Bulleen Junior club was the benchmark of Victorian soccer in achievement.

Our club was the only club this year which had all four supper league teams, 13,14.15 and 16 in the league. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my Committee which worked very hard this year, the coaches, managers, players, and of course, the parents.

Veneto Club Clay Target Shooters Ogni quarta domenica del mese si radunano un bel numero di persone, solitamente al Werribee Gun Club. Non solo qui, ma in diversi posti, gli appassionati di questo sport sono disposti a fare dei lunghi viaggi per poter partecipare alle competizioni, per guardare, o semplicemente per passare una piacevole giornata in compagnia di amici. Poi mentre si chiacchiera insieme, si mangia un bel piatto di pasta, salsicce, dolci con bibite e caffe. C'e sempre qualcosa per tutti. Gli ospiti o nuovi soci, sono sempre benvenuti!

Dopo le attivita della prima meta dell'anno 2003, molte altre sono state organizzate dalla Comunita Montana incominciando con l'Assemblea Generale per la formazione del nuovo Comitato.

Dopo le dimissioni di Mirella e Walter Rebeschini, che ringraziamo sinceramente per tanti anni di lavoro e dedizione, it Comitato ha dato it benvenuto a Lidia Rigoni e Peter Fracaro Nel mese di luglio abbiamo avuto it piacere di avere a Melbourne, per qualche giorno, la visita di Don Alessandro Omisolo, (Scienziato Astronomo del Vaticano), oriundo da Fozza; in questa occasione molti parenti e paesani si sono riuniti a pranzo al Veneto Club. Alla cena del sabato sera era presente it Comitato della Comunita Montana e it Presidente Luciano Benetti ha avuto l'occasione di presentargli una targa ricordo della sua visita a Melbourne.

La festa, ormai tradizionale nel mese di Agosto, e "Vin Brule" con pane e soppressa che ci offre l'occasione di mangiare e bere e stare in compagnia.

Per festeggiare la primavera, abbiamo fatto una bella gita in campagna con visita al Sacrario Militare di Murchison, un B.B.Q.al parco e, al ritorno, una fermata al caseificio di Donnybrook per una buona tazza di caffe e del buon formaggio.

Al pranzo annuale del 26 Ottobre 2003, hanno partecipato, un bel numero di soci, amici, turisti dall'Altopiano, e Natalie Guglielmi e famiglia, la studentessa neo-laureata di origine Asiaghese che prossimamente partira per un viaggio in Italia offerto dal Comune di Asiago.

Tutti sono stati contenti per la bella musica, la piacevole compagnia e it saporito cibo preparato dal Chef del Veneto Club. Vi sono stati bellissimi premi per la lotteria e speriamo che tutti si siano divertiti.

Siamo pronti per la gita di 5 giomi per le Blue Mountains: a tutti buon divertimento!!!

Il prossimo anno a Marzo avremo un bel gruppo di ospiti dall'Altopiano. Si prevede una serata al Veneto Club, parte del gruppo proseguira per una visita in Nuova Zelanda o in Tasmania.

Associazione Veronesi nel Mondo di Melbourne Un caro saluto a tutti i soci veronesi ed amici.

Gia sei mesi sono trascorsi dall'ultima volta che ci siamo sentiti attraverso la pubblicazione del Veneto Club.

In questo periodo 1'Associazione Veronesi nel Mondo ancora una volta si distinta durante l'ultima festa della Repubblica Italiana, partecipando, come di consueto, con un banchetto dove si offrivano panini, castagne e "vin brale". Non poteva mancare la presenza della nostra pia famosa coppia Giulietta e Romeo, interpretata da Jessica Pavia e Jason Virgona.

Durante la giornata it presidente Renzo Zanella e it vice-presidente Renato Aganetti si sono dati da fare a tagliar castagne con una macchina di invenzione veronese. Molti sono stati i complimenti ricevuti per i nostri buoni prodotti venduti, e non poteva mancare, instancabile, it nostro tesoriere Giovanni Dallazuana che faceva di tutto per rendere i panini pia abbondanti. Bisogna dire che e stata una giornata di successo, e un ringraziamento deve andare al nostro comitato che e sempre volenteroso.

Il prossimo incontro sara per it picnic di Santa Lucia che si terra, come di consueto, al Veneto Club, alla "Baracca". Vi aspettiamo numerosi, portate i vostri figli, amici e bambini, per trascorrere una giornata in allegria.

Ente Vicentini nel Mondo MELBOURNE Prendere la penna in mano per darvi ii resoconto di questi ultimi mesi mi entusiasma molto perche sono stati mesi pieni di attivita.

Per una settimana molte migliaia di persone hanno avuto dimostrazione della grande amicizia che lega la nostra provincia e tutto it Veneto allo stato del Victoria. Per i nostri soci le occasioni di passare insieme qualche ora tipicamente vicentina sono state numerose.

Abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare it nostro nuovo presidente Giuseppe Sbalchiero che con la presidente della provincia Professoressa Manuela Dal Lago ci hanno fatto visita e sono stati entusiasti di averci incontrati cosi numerosi (oltre trecento soci erano presenti al Veneto Club per l'incontro). La loro visita, anche se brevissima, ci ha dimostrato ancora una volta quanto la nostra associazione sia uno dei circoli pin apprezzati a Vicenza. Lo dobbiamo senza dubbio alla cordiale atmosfera che noi sappiamo creare in particolare quando viviamo la nostra vicentinita.

Mi voglio congratulare con tutti voi per la vostra fedelta e passione verso l'Ente e la nostra terra di origine. Inoltre vi ringrazio anche a nome di tutto it comitato per la fiducia che ci dimostrate di continuo e che tutti noi vogliamo sempre poter meritare.

Siamo molto orgogliosi che anche quest'anno abbiamo avuto la possibility di donare in beneficenze vane la soma di $5200.00. Anche di questo mi congratulo con voi perche it far del bene da a tutti noi grande soddisfazione personale.

L'incontro a Griffith con i presidenti delle associazioni vicentine di tutta l'Australia ha dato modo a tutti i partecipanti di incontrarsi con tanti paesani che se non avessimo occasioni simili, non vedremmo mai.

Non potendo essere presente al convegno ho dato l'incarico a Luciana Dal Bosco di sostituirmi. Grazie Luciana per un lavoro ben fatto. Luciana e Fulvia si meritano un grazie da tutti i soci per tutto it lavoro che fanno e voi soci lo avete detto loro ad alta voce facendole socie a vita.

Avete riservato anche per me tale espressione di apprezzamento, mi sento molto umile davanti a questo vostro apprezzatissimo gesto nei miei confronti e vi ringrazio di cuore.

Verso la fine di Novembre tutti abbiamo avuto un'occasione unica: quella di assistere alla maestosa partita a scacchi di Marostica con personaggi viventi, proprio qui a Melbourne.

Molti di voi erano anche tra i personaggi della partita. Sono sicuro che tutti voi siete d'accordo con me che questa volta l'essere vicentini ci ha dato pin di una marcia in pin. Per gli organizzatori stato un lavoro lungo ed arduo ma it risultato ne valeva la pena. Una montagna di grazie vada alla Regione Veneto e alla citta di Marostica, per un regalo che not tutti abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

ASSOCIAZIONE TREVISANI NEL MONDO INC. Forse qualcuno pu6 domandarsi se sia proprio vero che la Trevisani abbia sempre successo in quello che organizza. Possibile che non si sbagli mai? Diciamo subito che anche l'A.T.M. e guidata da gente comune e non da esperti e quindi anche nella Associazione Trevisani si fanno sbagli...

Dato pero che essere ottimisti sempre meglio che essere pessimisti, diciamo che anche quest'anno tutte le attivita che abbimo organizzato hanno avuto un buon successo per it numero delle persone che vi hanno preso parte, ma, e soprattutto, per it fatto che ad ogni occasione i partecipanti sono andati via soddisfatti.

Siccome not organizziamo tutte le feste, ad eccezione della castagnata al Veneto Club, 6 doveroso dare credito anche al nostro club per i successi ottenuti. E non possiamo dimeticare di ringraziare it Signore che ci ha dato tempo favorevole in ogni circostanza.

Abbiamo organizzato it picnic in una domenica di febbraio magnifica e la gente ha partecipato in massa. Abbiamo organizzato la festa di San Liberale, compatrono di Treviso, in aprile con messa al Centro Assisi e pranzo nella sala Venezia del Veneto Club. Quasi 300 i partecipanti.

Abbiamo organizzato la festa di San Pio X a meta agosto e it successo fu simile a quello di aprile.

Alla fine di luglio due corriere di Trevisani partirono da Melbourne per un fine settimana con gli amici di Myrtleford.

Allegria, canti, una cena coi fiocchi e la messa della domenica nella nuova chiesa di Myrtleford attir6 la gente da tutta la valle.

Una chiesa zeppa di gente, e gente allegra e devota. Alla fine tutti, anche chi non sapeva bene le parole, si unirono nel canto "Trevisano non scordare...". Molti con le lacrime agli occhi per la commozione...

Alla fine di maggio ci fu la castagnata al Freccia Azzurra Club di Springvale, dove si mangia sempre benissimo e con una varieta di scelta che si trova in pochi ristoranti. Durante it pranzo Aldo Migotto e Antonio Bonato, si presoro la briga di arrostire magistralmente le castagne mentre Lino Freschi, come 6 suo solito, penso a far bollire "el yin br016". Nessuno lascio it Freccia Azzurra Club quel giorno senza

aver almeno assaggiato it vin brill& o mangiato le castagne..Meritano un grazie tutti quelli che si sono dati da fare per la riuscita della festa, ma in modo speciale Aldo che supplisce sempre le castagne e Lino che non manca mai di stupire per la serieta con cui svolge it suo compito.

Da non dimenticare che quest'anno 1'indomabile presidente Bepi Crema e stato sostituito dal nuovo presidente nella persona di Andrea Bettio. E sempre difficile subentrare a uno che ha avuto successo come Bepi, ma diamo credito dove 6 dovuto. Andrea lentamente si fatto strada e l'A.T.M. non ha sofferto nulla per it cambio di guardia... Una cosa non ha avuto buon esito: in agosto si doveva andare in Italia visitando per 12 giorni la Scandinavia. Gia una trentina di

persone avevano dato la loro adesione.

Scoppio poi la guerra nel Golfo e la malattia " sash" e fu necessario cancellare tutto. Vedremo per it futuro...

Crediamo di interpretare it pensiero di tutti i soci e amici dimostrando a tutti i membri del Direttivo it nostro grazie per tutto quello che hanno fatto anche quest'anno per la Trevisani nel Mondo.

Associazione Padovani nel Mondo Inc. Ancora quest' anno it Santo Natale e Capo d'Anno si avvicinano e l'anno e stato ancora molto impegnativo e divertente.Il Convengno Nazionale dei Padovani Nel Mondo a Melbourne 6 stato un periodo di lavoro sodo. Grazie al comitato per it loro entusiasmo che si a veramente impegnato a tutto. I risultati, per?), erano ottimi: • it programma di tre giomi inizio nella Sala Venezia con un' ottima cena • scambi di apprezzamento e ballo • e terminato con un BBQ abbondante con canti alla paesana nella "baracca".

Tutto a stato molto apprezzato particolarmente dagli ospiti per la sua semplicita nel ricordare i nostri tempi passati.

Abbiamo fatto anche delle belle gite divertenti e di gran successo, in particolare la gita a Merimbula Con la Festa di Sant' Antonio, patrono della nostra provincia, che festeggiamo ogni anno, abbiamo avuto l'occasione di riconoscere alcuni soci per it loro grande contributo finanziario. Contributi di beneficienza sono stati messi a disposizione per i nostri anziani e per la ricerca di scienza medica.

Quest'anno e it mio terzo come presidente. Il numero dei soci a aumentato moderatamente. Avrei desiderato piu partecipazione da parte della seconda eta ma so che e difficile.

Ancora ringrazio di cuore it Comitato per la loro disponibilita e l'incoraggiamento che ho ricevuto; riconosco anche la dedicazione del comitato femminile ed it loro aiuto per i bisognosi e un sincero ringraziamento ai soci, alla Direzione e al Personale del Veneto Club.
