Create an account on the eBenefits Veterans Employment Center to post jobs, accept applications and search a large database of resumes Find and select accredited Veterans Service Organizations representatives who can assist you in your search Contact your local Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment program or an official Wounded Warrior program to inquire about candidates Post jobs for veterans or spouses on your state Workforce Development Board or National Labor Exchange Reach out to your local American Job Center or Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve representative for assistance in finding veterans and spouses who meet your business’s needs Post jobs on online job boards targeted toward military job seekers, such as VetJobs, FedsHireVets, G.I. Jobs, National Veterans Foundation or Military Hire Ask existing veteran employees for referrals to talented comrades who are seeking positions Have a recruiter visit a Transition Assistance Program at a military installation Connect with your local Veterans’ Affairs agency, chamber of commerce or professional organizations, or contact other organizations such as the Student Veterans of America or an InSTEP program
