Koki is made with whole wheat (gehun ka ata) and besan (bengal grams flour) and is stuffed full of an array or aromatic and wholesome ingredients. Try a Koki at Home
To make Sindhi Koki, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using water. Divide the dough into balls and roll out in disc shapes. Heat a non-stick girdle pan, grease it with ghee and cook each disc od slow flame using ghee until its crisp on the outside and cooked through inside.
Serve with curd, achaar or any side dish of your choice.
