Nova Tower 1 building lobby doors are locked 24/7. For building access you will need to use your building access key at all times. The basement stairwell door requires use of your key fob at all times as well. All three elevators are equipped with key fob readers which require the use of the key fob between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. A Butterfly MX access system is installed at each of the main lobby entrances and the basement entrance. Your guests or special deliveries can reach you via the Butterfly MX panel for you to grant access to Nova Tower 1 remotely.
Your building access key is also programmed to access the Plaza elevators after business hours. The Plaza Elevators are located outside on the Plaza, across from Union Fitness, and travel to all three levels of the garage. Concourse building access is granted without a key fob Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
There are three (3) levels of parking with five (5) access gates for your convenience. Access closest to your building is through Gate 6 located on East Commons. If using Gate 6, parking toward the back is the nearest to the basement entrance of Nova Tower 1. There is a down ramp located in the center of this area of the parking garage which leads to Level 2. If parking on Level 2, park nearest the Plaza elevators and take them or the stairs to Level 1. Once on Level 1 turn left out of the elevators and walk over to the Tower 1 basement door.
If no parking is found on Level 2 there is another down ramp located in the back (northeast corner) which leads to Level 3. Again try to park near the Plaza elevators and take the them or stairs to Level 1. Once on Level 1 turn left out of the elevators and walk over to the Tower 1 basement door.
Access to the parking garage through Gate 4, Level 2 is located on South Commons. If parking in this area turn toward the west (left). The Plaza Elevators are located in the center of the parking garage. Taking this elevator or stairwell, go to Level 1 and turn left out of the elevators, you’ll see the basement entrance to Tower 1. If no parking is found on Level 2, there is a down ramp located in the back (northeast corner) which leads to Level 3. Again try to park nearest the Plaza elevators and take them to Level 1. Once on Level 1 turn left out of the elevators and walk over to the Tower 1 basement door.
Access to parking garage through Gates 2 (West Commons) and 5 (East Commons) is also available for your convenience. Gates 2 and 5 are on Level 1 which would lead you to use the stair entries up to the Concourse. Once in the Concourse walk to center doors and walk across the Plaza to Nova Tower 1.
Currently, the parking garage is open until 8:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 6:00 p.m. on weekends. After closing, you can enter at Gate 6 located on East Commons using your lease card at any time.
If you don’t already have a parking lease, parking is available in the garage. The garage is managed by LAZ Parking. For parking garage rates and purchase of a garage lease please visit LAZ Parking website: https://www.lazparking.com/local/pittsburgh-pa/nova-place.
1. All entrances have a circle indicator on the front of the machines. Simple hold you card up to this location to open any entrance gate.
2. All exits have a similar circle indicator on the front of the machine. The same procedure will open any exit gates.
3. If for any reason while entering or exiting a gate and your gate key card does not read or gate does not open, DO NOT put gate key card into machine. IT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD. It will get stuck and still will not open the gate.
4. If card does not read at entrance please pull a ticket and immediately visit the LAZ Parking office located on the orange level of the garage by Gate #3. Bring gate key card in and we will be able to see why the card is not working and either fix it or give you a replacement gate key card.
5. If a ticket is pulled because gate key card did not work LAZ will give you a validation ticket to get out of the garage and reset your gate key card for the following day.
6. If entering a gate or exiting a gate and the gate is open because it is broken or stuck in the upright position, no matter how many times you put your gate key card up to machine to enter or exit the card will not read due to the malfunction of the gate. LAZ will reset all lease holders’ gate key cards so they can either enter or exit the garage for that day or the next depending on whether you were exiting or entering at the time of the gate malfunction.

3. Scan the QR code or key in the station ID on the charging station.

For your safety, Credo Services LLC is our on-site security team is here to assist you 24/7. Should you need assistance getting to your vehicle or have another security concern, please call 412-224-5300. In Case of Emergency Always Dial 911.
Should 911 assistance be contacted please then notify Credo Security. Credo will dispatch a site security officer to the location of the call and assist emergency services to the call location.
For non-emergency concerns our local police department is Zone 1 Police Department. Zone 1 can be reached at 412-323-7201.

For after-hours emergency maintenance please contact the security desk at 412-224-5300. Security will then contact the proper maintenance person on call.
• For a fee, we offer maintenance services that may not be included in your lease.
• Security staff are on property 24/7 and are willing to assist if you should need help to your vehicle or another area of the property.
For furniture or other very large package deliveries the dock for Nova Tower 1 is located in the basement with access from Children’s Way. We ask that you provide the management office at least 24-hour notice for receiving so we can better serve you by coordinating the delivery and locking off the freight elevator to your floor in a timely manner. In consideration of your neighboring tenants beginning and ending their workday, large deliveries requiring extended use of the freight elevators should be scheduled after normal business hours. Please be advised that if your delivery is not scheduled the driver may be turned away.
• If a vendor delivers on a regular basis this must be communicated when registering the delivery.
• To register a delivery, email: deliveries@novaplace.com with the following information:
• Delivery company name
• Date and time of delivery
• Vehicle information: make, model
• Driver information: name
• Dock number that will be utilized
• A confirmation email will be returned.
• If an unscheduled delivery arrives, they will be turned away and they will be responsible forcontacting their point person so they can submit a request for access.
• This procedure is applicable for tenants wanting access to the truck tunnel.
• If a tenant wants to submit a preapproved list of people that can access the truck tunnel theymay.
• Delivery tunnel height is 12”-9”
• Parking in the truck tunnel is prohibited.

The USPS drop box is located in the basement of Nova Tower 1. Take elevators to B turn right out of elevators through the double wooden doors. Doors are labeled. UPSP Pick Up: 4pm (Mon-Fri)
FedEx Drop Box Location
For your convenience, the FedEx drop box is located centrally in the Concourse building. Fed/Ex Pick Up: 5:45pm (Mon-Fri)

This location is open Monday- Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am-12pm.
