Building Access

The building lobby doors located on Isabella Street are locked 24/7. For building access, you will need to use your building access key fob or by using the Butterfly MX panel. Both of the elevators are equipped with key fob readers which require the use of the key fob between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. A Butterfly MX access system is installed at the main lobby entrance. Your guests or special deliveries can reach you via the Butterfly MX panel for you to grant access to 106 Isabella remotely.

Parking/Garage Access

If you are planning to park in the Nova Place parking garage, you can reach out to LAZ Parking to arrange for a parking lease. All 106 Isabella tenants qualify for tenant rates in the Nova Place garage. LAZ Parking currently manages the Nova Place garage. The closest gates to Isabella are Gates 4 & 5. However, there are three (3) levels of parking with four (4) entrance gates for your convenience. From Gates 4 & 5, you can exit on the street level. If exiting from Gate 4, you will walk straight down Federal St., walk under the parkway, cross E. General Robinson St., and take a left on Isabella St. 106 Isabella is located just after Vulcan Way and just before Sandusky St./7th Street Bridge.

If exiting from Gate 5, you will turn right to head down Sandusky St. You will continue straight, walking under the parkway. You will cross E. General Robinson St, and take a right on Isabella St. The entrance to 106 Isabella is on your right, shortly after you turn onto Isabella St.

Currently, the parking garage is open until 8:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 6:00 p.m. on weekends. After closing, you can enter at Gate 6 located on East Commons using your lease card at any time.

Paid on-street parking is available throughout Isabella St, although it is first come, first serve. If you would prefer not to walk from the Nova Place garage, the North Shore Garage is another nearby parking option.

GATE KEY CARD INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All entrances have a circle indicator on the front of the machines. Simple hold you card up to this location to open any entrance gate.

2. All exits have a similar circle indicator on the front of the machine. The same procedure will open any exit gates.

3. If for any reason while entering or exiting a gate and your gate key card does not read or gate does not open, DO NOT put gate key card into machine. IT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD. It will get stuck and still will not open the gate.

4. If card does not read at entrance please pull a ticket and immediately visit the LAZ Parking office located on the orange level of the garage by Gate #3. Bring gate key card in and we will be able to see why the card is not working and either fix it or give you a replacement gate key card.

5. If a ticket is pulled because gate key card did not work LAZ will give you a validation ticket to get out of the garage and reset your gate key card for the following day.

6. If entering a gate or exiting a gate and the gate is open because it is broken or stuck in the upright position, no matter how many times you put your gate key card up to machine to enter or exit the card will not read due to the malfunction of the gate. LAZ will reset all lease holders’ gate key cards so they can either enter or exit the garage for that day or the next depending on whether you were exiting or entering at the time of the gate malfunction.

7. Remember most of the gate key cards have a sticker on the back with the LAZ office information. https://www.lazparking.com/local/pittsburgh-pa/nova-place.

ELECTRONIC VEHICLE PARKING

1. Download the Shell Recharge App on iPhone or Android.

2. Create your account and link payment.

Cost: $1 session fee + 12 cents per kWh.

3. Scan the QR code or key in the station ID on the charging station.

4. Plug in the connector and start charging!

*Idle time fees apply.

The charging stations are located on Level 2 of the Nova Place Parking Garage, adjacent to Gate 4.

Bike Room

Our Bike Room adjacent to the Nova Place Parking Garage offers secure and covered parking for your bike. Along with a custom fob, the Bike Room offers a variety of bike racks in a secure location. This perk is available to all Nova Place tenants for only $10 per month! Contact agrachen@alloy26.com or visit novaplace.com/amenity/bike-room/ to get started.

Security

For your safety, Credo Services LLC is our on-site security team is here to assist you 24/7. Should you need assistance getting to your vehicle or have another security concern, please call 412-224-5300. In Case of Emergency Always Dial 911.

Should 911 assistance be contacted please then notify Credo Security. Credo will dispatch a site security officer to the location of the call and assist emergency services to the call location.

Pittsburgh Police

For non-emergency concerns our local police department is Zone 1 Police Department. Zone 1 can be reached at 412-323-7201.

Maintenance

Our maintenance staff is on-site between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. For maintenance concerns please contact Julie Ehrenberger at 412-224-5248 or via email at: jehrenberger@farosproperties.com

For after-hours emergency maintenance please contact the security desk at 412-224-5300. Security will then contact the proper maintenance person on call.

Additional Services

• For a fee, we offer maintenance services that may not be included in your lease.

• Security staff are on property 24/7 and are willing to assist if you should need help to your vehicle or another area of the property.

Deliveries

For furniture or other very large package deliveries the dock for the building is located on the lobby level with access from the alley in the rear of the building. Please provide the management office at least 24-hour notice for receiving so we can better serve you by coordinating the delivery. In consideration of your neighboring tenants beginning and ending their work-day, large deliveries requiring extended use of the freight elevator should be scheduled through the Nova Place Management Office.

There are three (3) levels of parking with four (4) access gates for your convenience. Access closest to your building is through Gate 6 located on East Commons. If using gate 6 parking toward the entrance gate is the nearest to the basement entrance of Nova Tower 2. You will find it difficult at times to find a space in this area. There is a down ramp located in the center of this area of the parking garage which leads to Level 2. If no parking is found on Level 2 there is another down ramp located in the back (north east corner) which leads to Level 3.

Access to the parking garage through Gate 4, Level 2, located on South Commons, (use left most lanes). If parking in this area drive to the center and turn toward the east (right). The Tower 2 Elevators are located toward the north-east area of the parking garage

Access to parking garage through Gates 2 (West Commons) and 5 (East Commons) is also available for your convenience. Gates 2 and 5 are on Level 1 South which would lead you to use the stair entries up to the Concourse. Once in the concourse walk straight out to the plaza to Nova Tower 2 on the right.

Currently, the parking garage is open until midnight, even on weekends! After midnight, using your lease card, you will need to enter at Gate 6 located on East Commons.

If you don’t already have a parking lease, parking is available in the garage. The garage is managed by LAZ Parking. For parking garage rates and purchase of a garage lease please visit LAZ Parking website: https://www.lazparking.com/local/pittsburgh-pa/nova-place.

Paid on-street parking around the square is available.
