Our flexible spaces offer the ideal location for all your event needs. Recently modernized, the Nova Place property is steeped in rich history, home to prominent companies such as H.J. Built for presentations, live webcasts, tech talks, and seminars of any kind, our unique tiered-seating auditorium has the capacity for 140 people with the flexibility to add additional seats to the floor. The auditorium has a built-in digital projector with a dropdown screen, sound and audio through the lobby and auditorium, use of three microphones (lapel, podium, and handheld), and complimentary access to electricity and Wi-Fi for attendees. *Rentals include 30 minutes of set-up pre-event and 30 minutes tear down post-event.

Our state-of-the-art renovations and unique interiors offer amenities and flexibility unrivaled by traditional event venues. The infrastructure in the Concourse offers 23kV of power from overlapping electrical grids and 125lbs per SF floor load capacity, handling even the most extraordinary event requirements. *Rentals include 60 minutes of set-up pre-event and 60 minutes tear-down post-event.

General liability insurance is required for large events, and any time alcohol is served regardless of the number of attendees. Please verify with the events manager regarding the liability coverage needed for your event. Your certificate of insurance must be provided to the events manager prior to your event date.
