• ABOUT LOCATION:
Due to the hot and humid climate of the city where I study and live, special attention has been paid to the issue of GREEN SPACE in all projects.
• THE GENERAL APPROACH IN DESIGNS:
Use mathematical proportions. Use green space in all works. Use different concepts for specific reasons. Use three shapes of circle, square, and triangle as base shapes.

BASIC CONCEPT:
THE FINAL CONCEPT
REASONS FOR REJECTING THE INITIAL CONCEPT OF THE DESIGN
REASONS FOR CHOOSING THE FINAL DESIGN CONCEPT
• Discrete form • Lack of easy access to all available spaces • Failure to respond to performance • Lack of necessary compliance with the selected site
• Linearity of the design • Suitable form for educational environment • Use the rectangle as a stable form • Compatibility with the selected site
The initial concept and the initial idea of the Due to the proximity of the site to the Karun work was considered as the concept of YIN River, a volume should be considered that and YANG due to the existence of place and is combined with the curve and becomes educational dimension, as well as the pres- oblique, which could include the soft form in ence of men and women working together for a part of the design that in addition to beauty promotion and perfection, and tried to fit the could also calm the environment. DESIGN BUILDER SOFTWARE: ENERGYPLUS: In this project, the effects of green COOLING AND HEATING LOAD AND TOTAL ENERGY LOAD roof vegetation on building energy OF THE BUILDING DURING A YEAR ON AN ANNUAL BASIS savings using Design Builder software supported by studies of climate libraries in Ahvaz have been investigated. The modeled building in this study has ground floors, first, second and third. The height of the building is 16.30 m above the ground. The area of the ground floor is 3500 m2, the first floor is 2500 m2, the second floor is 1200 m2 and the third floor is 790 m2. All the windows of the Ordinary roof Building with green roof building have an aluminum frame and are double-walled with a 6 mm middle air layer, and each window has no canopy from the outside.
ACADEMIC PROJECT | FACULTY of ARCHITECTURE
CONCLUSION: The simulation results show that the use of green roof has about 18% energy saving for cooling, 21% for heating and 16% for the total load of the building. In addition, creating a double-skinned Building with a double-skinned green roof Building with a double-skinned green roof roof at the same time as the roof with an air layer of 10 cm with an air layer of 20 cm garden does not have a significant effect on the energy consumption of the building, and Comparison of energy consumption of surveyed buildings the best ca-se is a green roof. 400 350 300 250 200 150 100 50 0

SWOT Analysis of Site Plan: STRENGTHS •Broad perspective •A good place for fun and entertainment •Proper lighting at night •Recreational and welfare facilities such as boating, cycling, fishing, various recreational and sports equipment •Access to the central market of the city •Access to historical and key points of the city: Moin Al-Tajjar Caravanserai •Has a private bridge
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WEAKNESSES • Hard access • Unpleasant odor in some seasons
OPPORTUNITIES
THREATS
• Creating a modern and complete living space in the city • The location between the two main arteries of the city (White Bridge and Black Bridge) • Improve security in this part of town • Attracting local and national tourists • Promotion and development of ecotourism
• Dangerous situation in terms of natural disasters • The danger of falling into the river • Causing ecosystem changes
The location of site, which is located in the city of Ahvaz (Iran),is located in the middle of the Karoon River, which multiplies the importance of the site. This river passes through the city. The river plays an important role in the urban landscape. Rivers as important elements of the landscape and natural environment of cities, They provide one of the best opportunities to create and strengthen urban environmental corridors. Paying attention to the privacy of natural factors is one of the most important factors in choosing the location of the site and designing the urban landscape. Also, the zoning of the project site has been done according to criteria such as the nature of the natural environment, access conditions, view and landscape, and activities and uses around the river.

Due to the fact that the site is next to the river (Karoon) and it is expected that the circular shape and soft shape of the coastal rocks, which are considered as soft shapes, will be used. The circle has an old connection with the shape of the earth and the sun and inspires the shape of the whole world. The shape and form of the sphere of the world have also been used. Breaking the shape of a circle and becoming more like a spiral, which SPHERE WORLD STONE symbolizes growth, calm, and creativity, as well as the shape of the sense of life cycle and growth. This form in modern society is a sign of creativity and an open mind.
