Monday 29 June Deadline for a first draft personal statement to be uploaded to Unifrog

Tuesday 30 June - One-to-one reviews of your first draft with Thursday 2 July Mrs Sutton

Friday 3 July

Your UCAS predicted grades are published and shared with your parents

Your parents are sent an electronic form to complete, to inform the School of any extenuating circumstances (Section 2 of the UCAS reference) that should be considered by universities

Tuesday 7 July -

UCAT testing window (see separate Medical Friday 26 September Pathway document)

September/October Complete your personal statement: You will first submit your latest personal statement draft to a subject specialist, and revise it based on their feedback. You will then submit your next draft to your Form Tutor, make any suggested changes, and submit the final draft to Mrs Sutton for review.

Tuesday 1 September The submission window opens and you can submit completed applications to UCAS

Friday 4 September Deadline for your parents to submit the form detailing extenuating circumstances

Friday 11 September Deadline for your Form Tutor to upload tutor references to Unifrog for early entry applicants

Friday 18 September Deadline for your Form Tutor to upload tutor references to Unifrog

Monday 21 September - UVI in-class assessment window

Friday 9 October

Monday 21 September - Early Entries: you will have your final UCAS meeting with Mrs Thursday 15 October Sutton and send off applications

Monday 5 October Your provisional EPQ mark will be released to you

Thursday 15 October Deadline for applications to Oxford and Cambridge, and for most courses in medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine / science

Monday 5 October - All Other Applicants: you will have your final UCAS meeting with Friday 6 November Mrs Sutton and send off applications

Friday 6 November Farnborough Hill deadline for all undergraduate applications to be submitted to UCAS

From September 2026 You can apply for Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) (this will replace higher education (HE) student finance loans for courses starting in 2027)

Tuesday 4 - Friday 7 May You will meet with Mrs Sutton to discuss your choices in the context of your mock results and the offers you hold. You then “firm” and “insure” offers on UCAS
