INSIDE SUMMER EDITION
What a season we have ahead of us!
N E W S L E T T E R
First, a big thank you to everyone who packed the house at our May All-Staff Meeting. A personal thank you to Tim Jezisek, who stepped in with humor and grace when my voice decided it was done. That is Team Farmington in a nutshell.
SummerisHere!
Joe's closing is what everyone is still talking about. With the Centennial just around the corner, his message was clear: the future of this club is not being built with cranes and concrete. It is being built by the people on our team. The Six Basics. Showing up. Doing the small things with pride. Every single time.
Buildings and grounds alone do not create great experiences. People do.
After 99 years, that is still the whole thing.
This issue has everything you need heading into our busiest season. Summer safety essentials, a closer look at Paycom Learning, details on the Kenridge Invitational weekend, what we have planned for Team Farmington, and a reminder that Service Awards nominations are now open.
It is going to be a great summer. Let's make it one to remember. - Carla
