NEWSLETTER Fall is Here! Fall is here, and there’s a lot happening across Team Farmington! As we move through another busy season at the Club, this edition is filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate, learn, and have a little fun along the way. From our Service Awards and fall employee activities to the Wellness Fair and Open Enrollment, there’s plenty happening both for our members and for our team. We also know things are continuing to look different around Farmington right now. With construction underway and a packed Club calendar, teamwork, flexibility, and looking out for one another will be especially important in the months ahead. And while we’re enjoying everything fall has to offer, we’re already looking ahead. The holiday season will be here before we know it, and beyond that, Farmington’s Centennial in 2027 gives us an incredible milestone to look forward to. There is a lot ahead for our Club and for Team Farmington, and we’re ready for it. Here’s to a great fall, an exciting holiday season ahead, and the beginning of a very special chapter at Farmington.

CONSTRUCTION ZONE:
KEEP YOUR HEAD ON A SWIVEL!
If you’ve noticed that the club looks a little different lately... you’re not imagining! We have a LOT of construction happening around the property, and it’s going to be part of our scenery for a while. That means road closures, detours, construction vehicles, equipment, contractors, and plenty of people working behind the scenes to make improvements around the club.
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: SLOW DOWN! Construction zones are not the place to set a new land-speed record. Take your time, especially when driving through the property.
LOOK TWICE! Construction trucks and equipment can be big, loud, and have some serious blind spots. Never assume the operator sees you. Make eye contact plenty possible. BARRICADE = STOP! If there is a cone, barricade, fence, sign, or closure blocking an area, there’s a reason it’s there. Please don’t move it, go around it, or decide you’re just going to sneak through.
GIVE OUR CONSTRUCTION CREWS SOME ROOM. You’ll see contractors working throughout the property. Please be aware of their work areas and give them plenty of space to safely do their jobs.
EYES UP, PHONES DOWN. Whether you’re walking or driving, construction areas require your full attention. This is not the time to check that text, scroll through your phone, or see what happened in the group chat.
REMEMBER: CONSTRUCTION ZONES CAN CHANGE QUICKLY
FALL FUN The temperatures are cooling down, the leaves are changing, and we have plenty happening around the club this fall! Grab a coworker and come join us for some friendly competition, outdoor adventures, and employee events.
