July is Parks & Rec Month!

Since 1985, people in the U.S. have celebrated Parks & Rec Month in July to promote building strong, vibrant and resilient communities through the power of parks and recreation and to recognize the professionals who maintain our country’s local, state and community parks. This year’s theme, Where Community Grows, celebrates how parks and recreation bring people together, provide essential services and foster the growth of our communities. To join the City’s celebration, follow @FarmersBranchParksandRec on Facebook.com.
