New Casta Committee Chairs for 2023

Casta del Sol has 13 committees that work to research, review, and give recommendations to the Board of Directors on all aspects of our community. Committee chairs are approved by the BoD at the beginning of each year. This year, the BoD appointed six new committee chairs to serve along with returning members:

Architecture: John Nicsinger served on the committee for a year prior to taking the chair position. He brings his experience of more than 30 years working in real estate, property management, and construction. His goal is to keep Casta beautifully maintained.

Courier: Debra Friedman has served on the committee for four years as secretary. Debra brings her experience in marketing research, school counseling, and school administration. She also
