The ideal profile for walls
ADVANTAGES:
1. Profile only, no casing
2. Fast assembly in 3 moves
3. Passes the static load tests required by regulations
RESIDENTIAL
- private home
- indoor/outdoor
HOSPITALITY
- hotels - restaurants - chalets
CONDOMINIUMS
- balconies - terraces
The NINFA 50-N glass balustrade is the new technology from Faraone, ideal for residential and wall installations. It passes all static load tests required by regulations.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Glass thickness: single pane thickness 8.8.
- Glass height: max. 600 mm from wall
For uncrowded environments: category C2 -> 200 kg/m (tested at 300 kg/m)
SINGLE PROFILE, WITHOUT CASING
This datasheet has the complete list of main components.
Unlike the other profiles in the Ninfa 6 series, the Ninfa 50-N profile does not use the RS system for to adjust the glass, but rather a register with a polycarbonate presser.
N50: (Ninfa 50-N profile)
N6-REG10: L-shaped glass-holding plastic (4/metre pieces)
M13-AR/G-2: Rubber washer, 2 per fastening (10 pieces per metre)
N6-REG11: Presser (4 pieces per metre)
N6-G1: External threaded gasket (TPV black)
BF-05: Internal pressure gasket (TPV black)
M13-AC-11: Galvanised rod M8x130 including nut and flat washer (5 pieces per metre)
We carry out rigorous strength tests for all balustrade models. Static load and impact tests required by regulations to ensure maximum safety.
Testing at the Faraone laboratory 1 2 Test at the Politecnico di Milano
Every product begins passing through laboratory tests.
During the development process, Ninfa 50-N also underwent several tests in the Faraone LAB.
Having passed the tests at Faraone, certificates were also obtained at the Politecnico di Milano.
INDICATED HARDENED-INDURITE GLASS: cat C2 static load resistance of 200 kg/m + 50% (safety factor)
h 600 mm / 8+8+1,52 PVB/EVA
3 simple steps, and you're done!

The first in Italy to carry out actual tests and promote compliance with regulations on balustrades and railings.
Since 2005, Faraone has been engaged in this ambitious project related to training, with the Faraone tour, seminars and meetings, increasingly expanding its range of topics and expert collaborators.
We believe in collaborating with designers and all industry professionals to provide all the necessary tools and updates on the world of transparent architectures.
This is also why Faraone Campus was founded in 2020.
A training container made up of both live and online appointments.
The new online platform was created with the aim of opening up a new channel and offering more content divided into specific training courses including: Design, BIM, Case histories, Safety and regulations, Marketing and business strategy and much more.
