How to mount the ALBA MAGIC system

FASCIA MOUNTING INSTALLATION

Threaded rod in stainless steel M14

• Hole Ø 16 mm

• Clean the hole

• Fill the hole approximately up to 50% with VBOND chemical resin or similar (not included in our supply)

• Insert the M14 rod

• Leave 115 mm out of the support

1. Insert the bushing on the rod

2a. Screw the upper accessory onto the rod as far as it will go and incorporate bushing 1

BOTTOM

System with shock absorber

1. Insert the bushing on the rod

2a. Screw the lower accessory onto the rod as far as it will go and incorporate bushing 1

2. Screw until leaving 5 mm

3. Insert the cylinder onto the rod and onto the notches of the 2

4. Insert cylinder 4 onto cylinder 3

BOTTOM

2. Screw until there is a gap of 5 mm

3. Insert the cylinder onto the rod as far as it will go and onto the notches of the 2

4. Insert cylinder 4 onto cylinder 3

system

Glass assembly

All vertical plumb or horizontal alignment adjustments are made with the glass plate mounted.

Go to notes 4.a and 4.b for adjustments

Use an adjustable face spanner wrench (not supplied by Faraone)

Use a special wrench on the internal bushing.

The Alba Magic system allows you to align the bosses to the millimetre both vertically (therefore between the upper and lower accessory) and horizontally (as shown below). With a variation range that goes from a minimum of 50 mm to a maximum of 65 mm between floor and glass.

Use a special wrench on the external bushing.

Use an adjustable face spanner wrench (not supplied by Faraone)

As regards the adjustment between the accessory and the glass, it is necessary to act on the eccentric bushing that is present inside the boss. This particular elliptical accessory allows alignment to the millimetre, both in height and in width, so as to perfectly centre the hole in the glass.

ATTENTION:

5a. Screw the upper accessory onto the rod until the glass is tightened

5b. Screw the lower accessory until the glass is tightened
