INTRODUCTION Fevicol is India’s biggest leading Adhesives company. The company was founded by Indian entrepreneur Balwant Parekh known as the Fevicol man. It was 1959 when the Fevicol was first marketed in India as an easy-to-use and replace another fat-based adhesive which consumed a lot of time for boiling prior to the application. This brand innovation has transformed the way carpentry trade operates in India.

FOUNDER & FEVICOL Balwant Parekh was born in Gujrat who participated in a movement called “Bharat Chhodo Andolan”, launched by Mahatma Gandhi. He had finished a law degree from Mumbai, but he was reluctant to practice law. Living in Mumbai was difficult for him, so he had to work at dyeing and printing press. When the pandemic started, we witnessed a huge growth in the digital space and gaming, where Ludo King became the leader. This made us confident! Before the pandemic, there were around 300 million people who were playing and during the pandemic, the engagement had increased to 400 million. Also, mobile phones became an integral part of one’s life during a pandemic, which surely led to an increase in the user base. Thus, we are confident of Okie Gaming and are looking forward to building more products in this space.

Our next one-year roadmap will be focused on skill-based games and fantasy sports. This month, we are going to be adding Bid2win, Ludo, Cricket, Spin to win, etc. but our main concept of introducing OKIE Gaming is the Desi Sports League which resonates with the Indian culture. SAMSUNG LAUNCH: Galaxy S21 Series May Not Get Exynos 1080 SoC Power The company may host an event for the new SoC. As per a report by Android Authority, it is going to be a highperformance processor, featuring ARM’s latest Cortex-A78 CPU cores as well as the Mali-G78 GPU. The arrangement of this upcoming CPU has not been revealed yet, it can be expected to feature two powerful Cortex- A78 cores and six Cortex- A55 cores. The latest Huawei Mate 40 series is a 5nm SoC like the A14 Bionic, which is found in new iPhone 12 Models and Huwaei’s Kirin 9000 SoC. On November 12, Samsung is going to unveil its Exynos 1080 SoC. The company gives a confirmation message through a post on the Chinese Microblogging website, ‘Weibo’. The Exynos 1080 SoC will replace the Exynos 980 Soc that currently powers Samsung Galaxy A71, GalaxyA51, Vivo S6 5G, and several other smartphones. It is believed that the Exynos 1080 SoC is based on the 5nm processor and has built-in 5G modern.

As per a report by SamMobile, this Exynos 1080 will not be powered in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 series. In 2021, the company will release a mid-range of smartphones and the SoC will show up more. The Exynos 1080 SoC was seen on Antutu’s benchmarking website earlier in October, outscoring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and the Snapdragon 865 + SoCs.

However, Samsung hasn’t revealed, which phone will be powered, using this upcoming SoC, but a report claims that the Galaxy S21 series will not be powered by the Exynos 1080 SoC.

Samsung Mobile also points out at an Exynos 981 which was allegedly spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website, till now it is unclear that, which phone will be powered by it. According to rumours, it is believed that SoC will power the 5G variants of the successors to the Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G further he added.

As per Samsung’s post on ‘Weibo’ through its Exynos account, the Exynos 1080 SoC is going to be unveiled on November 12.

THE MERGING OF INDUSIND BANK AND KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK IS TERMED AS “PURELY SPECULATIVE” The fiscal second-quarter profit of IndusInd Bank exceeded the ₹611.5 crore estimate in a poll of 15 analysts. Quarterly profit was hit by a more than doubling of overall provisions to around ₹1,964 crores. In the fiscal second quarter, Net Interest Income (NII), the difference between interest received and spent, rose 12.6 per cent y-o-y to ₹3,278 crores. A primary indicator of profitability, the bank’s Net Interest Margin (NIM) stood at 4.16 per cent, down 12 basis points (bps) sequentially and up 6 bps y-o - y. Rest of the income or non-interest income fell 10 per cent to ₹1,554 crores.

The merger of a private lender, IndusInd Bank Ltd with bigger rival Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd was called “purely speculative”. The comments on the merger came forward on the day when IndusInd Bank posted a 53 per cent (y-o-y) year-on-year drop in its net profit in the September quarter to 647 crores, while the figure exceeded street expectations. Sumant Kathpalia, the chief executive (CEO) of IndusInd Bank said, “I will not comment on speculations, but it can be assured that there are no such talks with the promoter, who have themselves clarified”. All this came after a report that stated, Kotak Mahindra Bank is in talks to acquire IndusInd Bank. The bank’ promoter, IndusInd International Holdings Ltd, said that it “totally denies about the said rumour and it is considered malicious, untrue, and baseless”. “IIHL is the one that the Hindujas and a wide-ranging base of other successful nonresident Indians are supporting. The Pro-forma gross Non-Performing Asset (NPA) and net NPA ratio of the bank would have been 2.32 per cent and 0.61 per cent, respectively, it had such an order that has not been passed. “The degree to which the bank’s activities and financial results would be impacted by covid-19 depends on potential developments, which are highly uncertain”, the bank said. 82
