Also joining the service team maintaining on premises and cloud systems for P2’s professional service customers is Senior IT Support Engineers Ibrar Akram, Paul Hodgson and Russell Wheeler. They each have a minimum of 15 years experience ensuring customers receive a high level of service and will be responsible for ensuring P2’s customer IT infrastructure is supported.

Sue Bell joins the business in a sales position. Sue will be assisting the sales department, following up leads and updating the customer database.

NEW APPRENTICE We recently welcomed a new apprentice for the third year running as part of the Microsoft Advanced Apprenticeship Programme.

Jamie Sheard, joins the business with a grounding in IT skills and customer service which he will be able to expand during his apprenticeship. Jamie is an excellent communicator and “loves helping people” so we expect him to be another star in the team delivering excellent service to our customers.
