FRIDAY, JULY, 28, 2023

Show and Shine from 4pm to 8pm at the Misery Mountain Ski Chalet in Peace River, Alberta. This is a family friendly event, families are encouraged to come out to take pictures and meet the racers and crew. Race Weekend Programs will be available at the event and can be signed by the racers and crew.

SATURDAY, JULY 29, 2023

Leg 1

• 10:00am: North Peace River Island Circuit Race (downstream start)

• 6 laps @ 7.5 miles per lap (45 miles total)

The start line will be located at Riverfront Park. The boats will be heading North (downstream), make a left turn around the north Island, then left around the buoy.

SUNDAY, JULY 30, 2023

Leg 3

• 9:00am: Smoky River Upstream

Peace River to Watino

45 Miles

• Boaters race upstream to Watino via the Smoky River from Riverfront Park

Leg 2

• 2:00pm: South Peace River Island Circuit Race (upstream start/downstream finish)

• 6 laps @ 7.5 miles per lap (first lap is only 6 miles) 43.5 miles total

The start line will be located at Riverfront Park. The boats will begin facing South (upstream), the flag will raise and the racers will head South following the West side.

Leg 4

• 1:00pm: Smoky River Downstream

Watino to Peace River

45 Miles

• Boaters race downstream from Watino via the Smoky River to Riverfront Park

Leg 5

• 4:00pm: South Peace River Island Circuit Race (upstream start/ downstream finish)

• 3 laps @ 7.5 per lap 21 miles total
