This former rubber factory is now home to WaterFire’s headquarters. The multi-use arts center provides WaterFire with a permanent home, while preserving a historic building and helping to revitalize the Valley neighborhood of Providence. We provided environmental, civil, landscape architecture, and hazardous building materials services to support this amazing redevelopment.

We sure did! This mill that was built in the 1870s is now home to residential housing. We helped out with assessment remediation of the site, and also helped our client work with local agencies, state agencies, and financial institutions to secure project funding.
