BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Discounts are subject to payment being received by the agreed date. We reserve the right to charge a late payment charge of ÂŁ25 per issue and interest @ 2% per month on overdue amounts. All advertising must be pre-paid. There are special payment arrangements by instalments when you book a series of adverts and is by prior arrangement and where an agreement is made for monthly payments, the first payment is due prior to publication. Cancellations must be received in writing before our deadlines otherwise the full amount due may be charged. Payment is due for space booked, whether or not usable artwork is received. We reserve the right to withdraw any discount previously offered on an advert where cancellation is received without reasonable notice and will invoice for any backdated discount. This will be at the editors discretion. Artwork supplied will be used as received, though reasonable adjustments may be made to fit artwork files to the space which has been booked. We reserve the right to reject unsuitable artwork. PDFs with high-resolution (300dpi) ingredients are preferred but we shall make reasonable efforts to achieve good results when other formats are supplied. Print colours and quality are not exact sciences and results may differ from materials received or files seen on screen. If you have booked a series of ads we will hold and repeat the most recently received artwork until instructed otherwise by you. All bookings are accepted on the basis that these terms are agreed. Families Solent West is part of a group of magazines headed by Families South West established in 1990. All franchised magazines in the group are independently owned and operated under licence.
