Bright Sparks Holiday Club at Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium

A science-themed holiday club for children age 5 - 9 years. Up to 24 children will be able to enjoy an exciting daily programme of science-themed activities utilising the Centre, its surrounding green spaces and workshop rooms. Activities will include creating and running experiments, physical and mental games and challenges and arts-based activities to help explore and explain the world around us. Mon–Fri 9am – 4pm. Weekly cost £165. Daily cost £35.

Nuffield Southampton Theatres summer holiday project, What About Me?

This is a brand new summer holidays project for young people between 7-19 years to discover theatre, make new friends and bring their own stories to life. What About Me? will give young people the opportunity to work with professional theatre makers to create scripts based on their own experiences culminating in a final performance. £225 for 2 weeks inclusive from 30 July – 10 August. Stagecoach summer holiday workshops

Kick off your Summer Holidays with an all-singing, all-dancing workshop at your local Stagecoach Performing Arts School.

Children aged 4-18 spend a jam-packed week rehearsing a show with our specialist teachers, before performing to family and friends on Friday.

Fantastic costumes, catchy songs and toe-tapping tunes will keep your children active and engaged all week long. Confidence building and working as a team are a big part of the week too; so there’s lots of fun and games to be had alongside the rehearsing. Children always come away with a new-found confidence, completely buzzing from all that they achieve in just five days! Our workshops are accessible to all- from the shyest child to the next wannabe Greatest Showman! No experience necessary, just an enthusiasm for singing, dance and drama.

Summer Holiday Club at Itchen Valley Country Park

Youth Options are excited to be delivering Ofsted registered ‘Wild Woodland Holiday Camp’ in the woodlands of Itchen Valley Country Park. Children from ages 5 – 11 are invited to spend their summer holidays enjoying a variety of woodland activities including: shelter building, campfire cooking, woodland art and sculptures, team-building games, camouflage games, woodworking, nature walks, habitat exploration and much more. Drop off starts from 8.30am and the day runs to 4pm with the option of extending to 5.30pm. There is the option of booking whole weeks or individual days.

Youth Options will also be offering childcare for 3–5 year olds every Tuesday throughout the summer holidays at their outdoor preschool, Little Owls Woodland Pre-School. Children will get to explore the outdoors in the nurturing setting of a Pre-School.
