Be entranced by Merlin’s magic shows, wander through the Spooky Basement, explore the park with Spooky Trails, play in the leaf pile, and get creative at the craft table! 10.30am–5pm.

Pumpkin Carving Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre, Lulworth BH20 5RQ

Join the Ranger team and carve your own pumpkin. Everything’s provided. 11.30am. £5.

30 October

Witches Brooms & Bats Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre, Lulworth BH20 5RQ

Make your own Witches Broom using locally sourced materials, with a short talk on the wonderful world of UK bats. 2pm. £7.50 per broom made.

Fancy dress competition as well as the Activity Centre open for children. Free entry for children in full Halloween fancy dress.

Spooky Fun at Lulworth Castle

Come along to Lulworth Castle this half term from 27–30 October for spooky fun for all the family.

There’s a host of activities to keep you and your little ones entertained! Wander through the Spooky Basement, be entranced by Merlin's Magic Shows and get creative at the Craft Table. Or explore the Park and woods with your Quiz Book on special Spooky Trails.

Try your hand at the Pitch 'n Putt & Lawn Games in the shadow of the Castle, get back to nature and play in the leaf pile. You can even have a jump around on the Bouncy Castle (outside, age 7+, weather permitting), or the soft play area for the littler monsters!

The creepy creaking castle doors open at 10.30am and will slam shut at 5pm, with last entry at 4pm. Buy your tickets in advance at www.lulworth.com/events or on the door.

Spooky Hunts at the Blue Pool

Located between Wareham and Corfe Castle, the magical Blue Pool transforms into a Spooktacular Halloween haunt for all the family this Autumn Half Term.

Children can enjoy the freedom to run around the woods, heathlands and sandy paths, find secret places to explore and follow the frightfully fun spooky trails.
