The s les represent tive cre tes comprehensive s les order document (PDF) th t includes product specific tions, l bel design, nd our terms nd conditions. This order is then sent to you for electronic sign ture vi ZohoSign.
2. Order Approval and Deposit
Once you pprove the s les order, it enters our system with “Deposit Hold” st tus
Production c nnot commence until 50% deposit is received unless credit terms h ve been previously est blished ( pplic ble to specific customers only)
An invoice for the 50% deposit is gener ted nd sent to you for p yment.
Production and Label Manage ent
This stage focuses on translating your vision into reality through meticulous production and label management

Deposit Received and Order Release
Upon receipt of your deposit, the order is released from “Deposit Hold” and progresses to the purchasing and production stages.
2. Label Design and Approval
The label design process commences. Our graphics team will review the label status based on the sales order (reorder, review, or design)
You will be presented with a label proof for review and approval
Once approved, a designated team member initiates a purchase order for label printing.

This stage prioritizes acquiring the finest ingredients to formulate your supplements.
Upon receipt of m teri ls, production commences
The compounding, mixing, enc psul tion (if pplic ble , nd bottling processes re meticulously executed.
Component/Raw Material Purc ase Batc Manufacturing

Quality Control (QC)
During production, our QC te m ensures dherence to the highest qu lity nd s fety st nd rds
