Sales Presentation and Customer Acceptance A formal quote is generated by the sales rep and sent to customer for review and approval. The customer will need to review product specs Upon your acceptance of the pricing, a PDF sales order is generated.

Sales Order Generation

The sales representative creates a comprehensive sales order document (PDF) that includes product specifications, label design, and our terms and conditions. This order is then sent to you for electronic signature via ZohoSign.

Order Approval and Deposit

Once you approve the sales order, it enters our system with a “Deposit Hold” status Production cannot commence until a 50% deposit is received unless credit terms have been previously established (applicable to specific customers only) An invoice for the 50% deposit is generated and sent to you for payment.

Upon receipt of your deposit, the order is released from “Deposit Hold” and progresses to the purchasing and production stages.

The label design process commences. Our graphics team will review the label status based on the sales order (reorder, review, or design) You will be presented with a label proof for review and approval Once approved, a designated team member initiates a purchase order for label printing.

Component/Raw Material Purchase Purchase orders are generated for all components and raw materials required for production.

Quality Control (QC) During production, our QC team ensures adherence to the highest quality and safety standards Retained samples are collected for further testing.
