Site Area ± 4.532 m2 Location Gondangdia, Menteng, Jakarta Floor Area 10.877 m2 / 1 Ha Green Area 1.359 m2 Function Hotel X Hotel is a 4-star hotel located in the legendary area of Menteng Jakarta Pusat, besides being reserved for housing since colonial times, the location close to the city center is the attraction of neighboring countries to open embassies / consulate offices in the region. This has become a potential market share to accommodate hotel guests.
.Concept
The expansion of the hotel target market is not only for people who need temporary shelter, but also extends into a place to stay as well as recreation (Staycation) How the role of the involvement of the designer can give its own impression so that it can increase occupancy occupancy which is the main purpose of the construction of a hotel. The Xtraordinary Experience tagline is carried out to provide a different experience (space) to hotel guests. It is expected that hotel guests who come can save the memory of a good space so that guests will return

The corridor is reduced, but the panoramic elevator still exists. so that the middle part is stretched into

The laying of space, especially the one passed by hotel guests, was played by the rhythm of its laying to give the guest a new “surprise” experience, in addition to the context and function of the space which was the top priority for its placement
Cubical massing of rooms 4 meters x 7 meters with a 2 meter corridor
Initial massing is increased by 10 floors (according to the needs of the number of rooms)
The lowest mass was made transparent because of its function as a lobby
From the placement of the space, it is expected that guests have experience of the space they are passing through, such as when guests enter the vehicle deliberately enough to give the impression of “pressed” then will be surprised by the drop of having a spacious vista park plus a roundabout road in front of the site, when guests towards each room, a panoramic lift is chosen to provide guests with a space experience while heading to the floor they are heading to, Many other small things are tried to be processed to provide a space experience for hotel guests
The experience of good space is expected to be stored in the memory of every guest, this is important because the hotel as a commercial building that expects high occupancy, the occupancy is likely to come from guests who have stayed before. so Xtraordinary Xperience is a major concern in designing this hotel.

.Concept
The main problem in designing an office rental building is that we (as designers) do not know for sure who will rent and how much office space the renter needs. by using the precedent of office buildings around the location, the various offices provided varied from the smallest unit of 12m2 provided at ANZ Tower to 7,456 m2 provided in the Astra tower. how can this office adapt to the diverse needs of each tenant? From the problem above, it is not effective to make the same floor typical from the lowest floor to the highest floor, thus causing parties to be sacrificed This office building is made bigger in the middle and smaller at the top to suit the needs of various tenants, all units are ensured to have access to corridors and windows facing out

Diagrid Structur The diagrid (a portmanteau of diagonal grid) is a framework of diagonally intersecting metal, concrete or wooden beams that is used in the construction of buildings and roofs.It requires less structural steel than a conventional steel frame. Diagrid is useful for distributing cantilever loads due to the convex shape of the building that cannot deliver loads directly to the column. Diagrid crosses distributing loads to the beam which directly meet the column and core of the building

On each part of the west and east side of the building there is a 2 meter wide private balcony that doubles as a double skin to avoid the west sun, in addition to increasing the economic value of the rental office area in the west

Planter Box in balcony replaces the function of the fence besides the vines planted in the Planter Box reduce the intensity of sunlight because the rays are blocked by dense plants

Tajuk Leren is a Rest Area type C located at Batang - Senarang Toll Road, this project is a rest area competition held by IAI with Lixil, with the provision of rest area located on the highway or on the toll road
.Concept The Trans Java Toll Road that extends from Merak Port to (planned) to Banyuwangi makes it easier for vehicle mobility to reach the point passed by this toll road. The characteristics of highways with wide roads and fast vehicles have the advantage of using ordinary highways, users can save time and save energy when using this toll road But drivers and passengers who tend to be presented with the same experience, in a car cabin, on a straight road, and at a fast pace, tend to ignore the psychological fatigue they experience, due to relatively low physical fatigue. For this reason, the existence of the rest area is intended to restore the user’s psychic by stimulating their 5 senses to use

Permukiman Berkembang cenderung organik mengikuti kebutuhan setiap unit hunian. Kontrol masyarakat yang baik. Perumahan Berkembang cenderung teratur karena dibuat pengembang. Kualitas lingkungan cenderung baik.

Bagaimanakan kita bisa membuat perumahan rasa permukiman ? mengambil sisi baik dari perumahan seperti tertatanya setiap hunian dan dapat dengan mudah diperbanyak ? dan mengambil sisi baik dari permukiman seperti setiap hunian yang sejatinya dihuni oleh orang-orang yang berbeda dapat beradaptasi dan hunian tersebut bisa menyesuaikan kebutuhan penghuninya ? Perumahan ini gabungan beberapa rumah ditekankan agar setiap tetangga hunian berperan sebagai kontrol masyarakat, mengambil kelebihan dari permukiman. Setiap hunian rumah dapat tumbuh dan sudah direncanakan arah tumbuhnya, sehingga penghuni bisa menyesuaikan ruang sesuai kebutuhannya namun tidak akan tumbuh secara “liar� dan tak teratur.

Luas tapak Âą 4.532 m2 Lokasi tapak Gondangdia, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat Luas bangunan 10.877 m2 / 1 Ha Luas lahan hijau 1.359 m2 Proyek ini merupakan sayembara yang diadakan oleh Arsitektur UGM untuk mencari gagasan desain dalam perancangan toilet umum di kawasan wisata, yang dicari ialah konteks bangunan yang sesuai dengan tapak yang dipilih oleh peserta.
.Concept
Masalah utama yang dialami oleh toilet umum ialah menjaga toilet tersebut tetap terjaga kebersihannya, menjaga agar tidak lembab di toilet dan mengakomodasi kebutuhan seperti ruang terpisahkan antara laki-laki perempuan dan tersedianya ruang pendukung lainnya. Tapak toilet ini berada di kawasan wisata Pagilaran, Kabupaten Batang yang memiliki perkebunan teh yang luas, bagaimana membawa kebun teh tersebut ke dalam toilet ? toilet ini memiliki bukaan yang banyak yang mengarah ke kebun teh, sehingga pengunjung yang berada di dalam toilet dapat menikmati view kebun teh sambil mencuci tangan
