There is no higher and holier day on the Christian calendar than Easter or “Resurrection Day.” On this day, believers gather together around the globe to ponder and celebrate the event spoken by the angels at the empty tomb,

living among the dead?
He is not here; he is risen!”
(Luke 24:5-6)
The believer’s proper response to the glorious truth of the resurrection of Jesus Christ is nothing short of genuine, heart-felt worship. This is the same response we will have when we gather facedown with the saints around the throne singing, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain.” (Revelation 5:12)
