Down the hall to the centre of the home sits the Kitchen, Meals and Family. Tucked inconspicuously behind the Kitchen is a Butler’s Pantry and Laundry, with dual access to the Laundry via the Entry Hallway and Butler’s Pantry. The Laundry with a Boston Oak laminate benchtop spans from wall to wall, with ample base cabinetry storage, allowing white goods to be hidden underneath. Terrazzo floor tiles extend over the benchtop, together with a thick timber laminate shelf. The matt black fireplace highlights the textural contrast of the natural stacked stone paver situated behind. White modular couch and timber furniture enhance the room.
