Council has budgeted almost $83 million worth of capital works programs for the 2025/2026 financial year while ensuring we remain in a strong financial position, and with the lowest residential rates in Western Sydney.

We’re bringing to life some fantastic, city-shaping projects—like the new Community and Events Centre at Fairfield Showground and an exciting new playground at Brenan Park in Smithfield.
