BOLOGNESE SAUCE

Ingredients

Cook Time: 1 ½ hrs Serves: 6 ȩ 1 tbsp vegetable oil ȩ 1 chopped onion ȩ 1 chopped carrot ȩ 1kg of minced beef ȩ Salt and pepper ȩ 2 tsp garlic ȩ ½ cup peas

Steps ȩ ½ cup corn ȩ ½ cup beans ȩ ½ cup potato ȩ 1 bottle tomato pasta sauce ȩ 1 can crushed tomatoes ȩ 250ml liquid chicken stock

1. Put the oil and chopped onion in the pot and turn the heat on to medium. Cook and stir the onion until it has become translucent, then add the chopped carrots, peas, corn, beans, potatoes. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring vegetables to coat them well.
