Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday all equipment must be returned by 11am on the due date. Items returned after that time will be charged an additional one day’s rental. Equipment items can be picked up after noon the date reserved for. Small equipment (i.e. snow boards, skis, etc.) can be picked up as early as opening time at 7am.

Applies to items rented over a weekend (i.e. the weekend rates are from noon Friday to 11am on Monday, no exceptions). Any additional days will be added to a weekend rate. Example: Item picked up Thursday at noon and returned Tuesday at 11am. This item would be charged a weekend plus two days. Holiday rates apply when the weekend is accompanied by a holiday. RESERVATIONS
Travel trailers, boats, grills and utility trailers can be reserved up to 30 days in advance. All other items are checked out on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled Vet Member pass program (DAV) must reserve in person. Large Equipment: Deposits must be made at the time of reservation and are NOT refundable except for military commitments that are accompanied by a letter signed by the member’s commander. Deposits will be credited to final billing at time of check in. (Neither deposit nor reservation are transferable to different month.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled pick up or you will be charged ONE FULL DAY’S RENTAL for that item.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT DAMAGES AND DELINQUENCIES
BE AWARE! The user is responsible for full restitution of value of any equipment lost, damaged or stolen. Insurance is not provided on rental equipment. If you cannot return the items on schedule, contact our office to explain the situation; this may prevent additional charges. ALL ITEMS ISSUED WILL BE CHECKED UPON RETURN!
PLEASE INSPECT EACH ITEM CHECKED OUT BEFORE LEAVING THE FACILITY
Please take proper steps to inspect all equipment before you check it out and notify a staff member of any obvious damages or lack of cleanliness; this may prevent additional charges. If no problem is noted on the receipt or checklist, it will be assumed the equipment is issued in good, clean, damage-free condition. Damage or loss of any items will be charged to the user for the cost to repair or replace the item in accordance with base regulations.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued ONLY by approval of the Director of Outdoor Recreation. Other than special circumstances (i.e. medical emergency, deployment or other military job related tasking), absolutely NO refunds will be issued. Proper official documentation is required for special circumstances.

Ski Weekend at Silver Mountain
Pack your bags, because The Outdoor Adventure Program has got your weekend of skiing/boarding planned! Located in the Silver Valley just south of Kellogg, ID, Silver Mountain Resort boasts epic skiing/riding on 73 named runs, open bowls, and trees, spanning 1700 ski-able acres. Silver Mountain is home to Idaho’s longest Gondola ride, stretching just over 3 miles long. Enjoy this ride as you approach the two mountain peaks that Silver offers—Kellogg Peak and Wardner Peak. The OAP ACA Certified Whitewater Kayaking Instructors are hosting an Intro to Whitewater Kayaking course! This two-day course is for individuals that are interested in taking the first steps to learn how to hard-shell whitewater kayak. Day one you will learn the basic knowledge and skills of kayaking in our indoor pool. Day two you will be applying those concepts and skills on the Spokane River. FAMCAMP CAMPSITES are allowed only one camping unit and one towing vehicle per site. Only RV’s that are registered as Class A, B or C may stay at FamCamp. Tiny homes on wheels that have not been registered in Washington State with an “RV” Classification are not authorized to stay at FamCamp. Please keep mats off the grass; no vehicle parking on grass between parking spaces and please keep your area clean and clear of clutter.
QUIET HOURS 10pm - 8am Please do not operate generators during this time.
PETS are allowed but must be kept on a leash or inside the trailer at all times. Please clean up after your pet and put them inside at night or when leaving the park area. No fences of any kind are allowed. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms or laundry facility.

Hours are 10 a.m. until dark, or as posted. There is usually a host on site, however if the host is not available, call 244-3247 or check with ODR at 247-5920.
FAMCAMP LENGTH OF STAY POLICY
Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, no reservations.
Customers are allowed to stay up to 30 days before the following policy is implemented. If FamCamp is full and a new guest arrives, the camper that has stayed the longest (over 30 days) will be asked to move to dry camp for a minimum of 24 hours and/or until another space opens. Once you have been in dry camp or out of the camp for a period of 24 hours, your stay clock will reset. If that is not acceptable and you choose to leave, a refund for any unused nights may be issued by the Outdoor Rec.

• One (1) item per spot and must fall the spot perimeters (No Exceptions)! All items must be in good repair, have a license plate, and be able to be moved within one day of notification.
• Proof of registration & insurance required before getting a spot assigned.
• Outdoor Rec requires a call in order to cancel a space for all Outdoor Storage Lots or Vehicle Sales Lot when it is no longer needed.
Payment Policies
Outdoor Storage customers must sign up for auto pay. Please inquire/request forms at Outdoor Recreation. You will be automatically charged the 5th of each month. Active Duty have priority.
Vehicle Sales Lot payments are due the 1st of each month with no refunds for sales prior to end of the month.
