HOW-TO Guide Customer PORTAL

Introduction

Our Customer Portal gives you quick and secure access to your Faircom account anytime, anywhere.

You can;

• View your registered services and usage statistics.

• Access your financial documents quickly and securely.

• Change your password.

Connected to Connectivity.

Accessing the PORTAL & Logging In

On your mobile device:

Download the MyISP App on either your Android or iOS device.

On your desktop:

Access the portal directly from our website: portal.faircom.co.za

Use the login details from your welcome mailer to access the Customer Portal with your unique ID and password.

If you have trouble logging in, reach out to us at info@faircom.co.za.

THE Dashboard

This is your starting point. From here, you can quickly access different sections of the Portal from the left side panel. You will be able to see your account balance and services at a glance, as well as a breakdown of your usage.

Statistics

Here you’ll find usage data and activity. Select the service in the display in the top-right corner (desktop) or at the top of the screen (mobile) and

Access a complete list of your services including Fibre, Wireless and VoIP.

FINANCE

Find all your financial information in one place including past statements, invoices and upcoming payments. You can view and download invoices and payments by clicking on the relevant icons in the operations column.

PROFILE

Your profile has all your personal details and allows you to view your home address, email address, and contact number.

• You can change your password in this section. Fields highlighted in white can be edited directly.

• Fields that appear dimmed are view-only. If you need to update these, please log a ticket by emailing support@faircom.co.za
