Newsletter Here’s to 2017! FAI would like to wish all of our customers a very happy new year and say a big thank you for the continued business and loyalty throughout 2016. We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation in most areas of our business to ultimately improve the service we provide our customers. Some of the changes made to the company in 2016 include a complete overhaul of our website, webcat, and paper catalogues. Improvements have also been made to our monthly new to range file, newsletter and product awareness documentation. Through a push for consistency, we have also boosted brand presence both physically and digitally via social media and other media outlets. With an increased drive in improving both internal and external communication amongst other areas, we have already seen a positive increase in customer feedback scores in our recent survey. The increase in scores apply to all areas of our business, further re-enforcing the need for us to develop our service. Our drive for improvement does not stop there. In 2017 we have some huge announcements to make including an industry leading tool for our customers, new product ranges, catalogues and more. Mercedes Sprinter / Viano TCK We now have in stock the later engine break variant timing chain kit for a number of popular Mercedes 1.8 and 2.1 diesel vehicles. Our TCK227LNG fits various A-Class, C-Class, E-Class, Sprinter and Viano models with an engine break of January 2013 onwards. Due to the popularity of the Sprinter and Viano in the commercial market, these vehicles accumulate high mileage at a faster rate than most domestic cars. We offer these hubs as separate parts to allow more choice when carrying out the timing chain replacement, FAI recommend that VVT hubs be replaced to ensure a long service life from your timing chain.
