Production Testing As a safety critical item, our wheel bearings are subjected to a multitude of tests to ensure that the ďŹ nal product meets stringent performance requirements.
Materials To produce a high quality product you need high quality raw materials. We use Carbon Chromium Steel, Heat Resistant Nylon 66 with Glass Fiber, High Performance Grease & Oil and Wear Resistant Rubber.
Latest Technologies All our wheel bearings are designed and manufactured using state of the art machinery and we use CAD software for bearings and moulds so all parts are modelled pre-production to original speciďŹ cation.
Cataloguing Excellence FAI products are available on all major cataloguing platforms including TecAlliance (TecDoc), MAM, InfoRicambi and more.

Bearings We only use the best materials, tested for durability, in the manufacture of our bearings. Temperature resilient grease and Chromium steels ensure our bearings will go the distance.

Environmental Testing FAI Wheel Bearings are tested at both high and low temperatures to ensure the grease and metals perform with maximum performance and lifespan.
Lifetime & Fatigue Both the raw materials and ďŹ nished components are thoroughly fatigue tested to ensure that the ďŹ nished Wheel Bearing has a long running life.
Inspection Each production batch of Wheel Bearings undergo dimensional inspection to ensure assembly components are produced to the correct tolerances.
ABS Detector Test We test the ABS sensors on our Wheel Bearings for correct functionality.

Production Facilities FAI Wheel Bearings are produced in state-of-the-art facilities using speciailist machinery such Second Generation CNC’s and Die-Casting Machines - all controlled by industry leading design and modelling software.
Production Materials We use Carbon Chromium Steel, Heat Resistant Nylon 66 with Glass Fibre, High Performance Grease & Oil and Wear Resistant Rubber.
Lubricants Smaller FAI Bearings and Hubs are lubricated with High Performance, Anti-Oxidation and Anti-Corrosive Alvania RL2 and Alvania RL3.
Accessories All FAI Wheel Bearings are supplied with nuts, bolts and additional accessories for relevant fitment applications. ABS Sensors and Impulse rings are fitted where required.
