With a rental period of 60 minutes at CHF 15.00 per court, you can spend enough time on the course to compete with friends, family or other hotel guests.

To fully savor your experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early at the Spa reception. Please note, tardiness may result in shortened treatments to ensure optimal conditions for all guests.

Prioritize Your Health Create a Haven of Calm Switch off your phone to preserve the spa's serenity. Prior to using the facilities, take a refreshing shower. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited. Secure your belongings in lockers and enjoy a serene escape, knowing your possessions are safeguarded. Management is not liable for personal property

Kindly communicate any health considerations, such as pregnancy, allergies, or hypertension, during booking. A pre-treatment health form is required to tailor your experience to your needs, ensuring a safe and enriching journey.

The Faern Spa Journey Alterations & Cancellations Any cancellation or modification of the treatment must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the total amount of the treatment will be charged. For reservations made less than 24 hours in advance, the total amount of the treatment will be charged at the reservation and will not be refunded in case of noshow or cancellation. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number or by advance payment.

Capacity Management

For small children, the use of the facilities is allowed only with swimming diapers. Children up to 12 years old are only permitted to use the wellness center when accompanied by an adult.

To ensure safety, Hotel Altein AG reserves the right to temporarily close the wellness and spa area to the public should capacity be reached.
