Familiar Faces Q+A

Teeka Marie + Laura LeNoir Co-Owners, One Shot Two Shot

What’s the meaning behind the name “One Shot, Two Shot”?

It started as a playful nod to what we do best — a “shot” in your drink and a “shot” on the camera. Our tagline “Pour. Pose. Party.” sums it up perfectly: we bring the drinks, the fun, and the memories, all in one experience. We don’t stop there, though! Our company has Photo Booths for rent, an in-house DJ, culinary expert and Day of Coordinators at our fngertips. One Shot Two Shot is your One Stop Shop!

What’s the best part of your job?

Getting to bring joy to people’s biggest moments — It’s not just serving cocktails or taking pictures for us. We want to bring an elevated experience and bring an energy to the day that compliments the celebration. Our success is in the smiles of our clients and we appreciate each and every person that trusts us with their day.

Is there an achievement or contribution that you’re most proud of?

Turning a small mobile bar idea into a thriving business that now caters weddings, festivals, and corporate events across the Gulf Coast. Seeing One Shot Two Shot grow from our converted horse trailer “The Bridle Bar” into a full-service bar + photo experience brand has been an incredible ride. We are proud of putting aside the fear of “what if it doesn’t work” and proving to ourselves and our children that hard work, integrity and honest business can create something wonderful!

How has working with your clients changed you?

We can not speak highly enough about our clients and are so incredibly grateful for them! Every event teaches us something new — about people and the magic of fexibility. You learn quickly that no two weddings are the same, and that creativity and calm go a long way when things don’t go as planned. It’s made us more adaptable, grateful, and endlessly inspired.

Is there a ‘Best Kept Secret’ in Pensacola you’d like to share?

The vibe at The Garden at Palafox or brunch at George Bistro + Bar — both are perfect for unwinding after a packed wedding weekend. And if you catch the sunset over Bayfront, you’ll understand why people fall in love with this city.

The NeoGen Plasma is the award-winning, FDAapproved treatment redefining skin resurfacing. In one session, it smooths wrinkles, brightens tone, and lifts eyelids — delivering what many call a “non-surgical blepharoplasty.“
