The creation of a modern, comfortable infrastructure with the preservation of Georgian identity is the style of the company “Gza” with the 18-year-long history that laid the foundation for the “Tower Group” and is the one that accomplishes all their projects.

ABOUT THE COMPANY;

Throughout the years, LTD company “Gza” has realized numerous large-scale construction projects together with the country’s leading companies:

• Batumi international airport

• Batumi central – railway complex, where the international hotel “Holiday Inn Express” will be allocated in 2023;

• The hotel complex “Chateau Kvirike” with a complex of hotels, wine cellars, restaurants, conference and banquet halls, bars, and swimming pools, and an exceptional recreational environment that is stretched on 6 ha.

• The hotel complex “Chateau Kvirike” – a mountain hotel complex consisting of 20 cottages, with the complete infrastructure.

• Auto park with an organized infrastructure – one of the large-scale projects in the seaside zone with the arrangement of auto parks for the trucks with the facilities ensuring the full service;

• “A House in Old Batumi”, repeats the stylistics of the old architecture of Batumi and is one of the most outstanding buildings in the city; Company “Gza” owns the factories for the production of asphalt and concrete, a techno-park consisting of more than 200 items.

THE CURRENT LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS OF TOWER GROUP:

„PANORAMA“ – 40 stories multifunctional complex on the Black Sea coastline, which is connected with three level pierce with restaurants and bars by a long pedestrian bridge.

The project is finished providing the completed repair works, home technique, furniture, and clever house system.

The complex consists of:

A 5-star hotel; apartments with modern design; open pools, spa, and fitness centers; restaurants and bars, among the sky bar on the 40th floor. Underground and surface parking; a casino and other entertainment centers; commercial spaces. Parking; the infrastructure adapted for the people with limited abilities.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX GREEN RESIDENCE

Green paradise on the sea coastline, unique recreational environment, and micro-climate zone in the Mtsvane Kontskhi (resp.: Green Cape) residence quarters, the Botanical Garden, and the sea coastline.

The complex situates 400 meters from the Botanical Garden. COMPLETED COMPLEX – THE HOTEL SECTOR “CHATEAU KVIRIKE”

“Chateau Kvirike” with its concept is a unique complex for the Adjara region as it unites vineyards and wine themes with the sea. The hotel complex comprises many interesting spaces and attractions, such as a wine cellar, swimming pool, restaurants, a small museum in the historical building, conference and banquet halls, a unique recreational zone with century-old eucalypts, vineyards, lanes ringed with hazel and kiwi trees.

The main idea of realization of the project in Adjara, namely in the Kobuleti region is popularization. The main essence of this project was the creation of a space where a guest could be able to rest in an interesting for him environment at any time of the year. The choice of strategy focused on the vine and winemaking has been determined by the above-mentioned objectives.

On 2 hectares on 500 meters above the sea level were planted West Georgian authentic wine breeds: Tsitska, Tsolikauri, Krakhuna, Dzelshavi, Chakheveri, Ojaleshi, etc. one of the main attractions of the complex is its wine-cellar (Marani in Georgian) where the fermentation of wine made from the local vine proceeds in “kvevri” (huge clay vessels that are dug in the ground). The combination of the mountain and sea climate gives the wine a specific taste and flavor.

A guest will find samples of numerous brand wines in the collection of vines of the cellar where an experienced sommelier would assist you to choose the wine according to your individual preference.

Along with the rest, the guests of “Chateau Kvirike” will be able to get acquainted with the cultural peculiarities of Georgia. In the central part of the complex, around the pool are located cottages that imitate the houses characteristic of different parts of Georgia; there you can find the houses that are common forAbkhazia, Imereti, Guria,Adjara, Kartli, etc. all these will facilitate to increase the knowledge about Georgia among the foreign tourists and assist them in better understanding of our culture. Each cottage has its own direct passage to the swimming pool.

On the territory of the complex, the guest will witness the scenes of everyday life of peasants in old Georgia: they would see a century-old granary where the different grains are kept; a water mill, which works and they will be able to see the process of milling the maize. Nearby the bakers would offer them hot bread baked in tone (kind of tandoor), they will show the technology of baking a famous Adjarian khachapuri, and they will also be able to see the process of distillation of chacha, etc.

Different expositions of Pirosmani are animated on the whole territory of the complex; here you will encounter his yard-keeper, a fisherman as well as other heroes from Georgian literature. The main treasure of the complex is a building with five fireplaces; this building was constructed in the 18th century and preserved its initial façade after the renovation works.

There is a big open swimming pool, a restaurant, bars, a banquet, and conference spaces on the territory of the complex. An unusual recreational zone ensures the creation of a special environment in the complex; eucalypts, hazel, and kiwi lanes, and vineyards where one can enjoy special evenings or go on excursions on electro-mobile cars.

The auto park of “Chateau Kvirike” is another special attraction. Here you can see retro cars for taking a drive on the territory of the complex or for the arrangement of photo sessions; all these will make your stay here unforgettable.

Near the complex, along the bank of the river is a specially built walnut tree lane, where you can use electro cars.

”CHALET KVIRIKE”

12 kilometers from the complex situates the second touristic location “Chalet Kvirike”, which offers astounding views. The complex is built at 1050 meters above sea level in a unique recreational zone covered with the 1000-year-old Taxus baccatas, known as common yew. There are 20 shale-type cottages and a restaurant there. The cottages are situated in wood and are constructed with natural wood; each of them has breathtaking views of the beautiful West Georgian landscape. In the future, the development of the mountain skiing infrastructure is planned, which in turn will increase the possibility of gaining additional profit from attracting tourists during the winter season.
