Port Harcourt is the capital of Rivers State, a city bustling with aboriginal history and rich cultures of over 26 ethnic groups in Nigeria. The city is known and loved for many things - like the famous bole and fish delicacy which now has a dedicated festival that attracts thousands of people nationwide.
