Letter from the CEO Dear Fabtech team, As we find ourselves at the midpoint of this year, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to all of the members of the Fabtech family. Your dedication and commitment have been the driving force behind all that we have accomplished so far this year. These past few months have presented us with challenges and opportunities and I am proud to say that we have not only navigated through them but also thrived. At the beginning of the year we set ambitious goals for ourselves and for the company, I am thrilled to share that we have made great progress towards reaching our targets. This year, we have been able to complete projects such as META, Samal Shores and Sheraton Malate. But more importantly, we have been able to get clients that have previously been out of reach such as Newport Resorts and Sofitel. All of these would not have been possible without the hard work of each member of our team As we move forward to the second half of the year, let us

GelAteneo 2023 GelAteneo continues to create more opportunities for everyone to learn all about gelato. Our renowned and international award-winning Gelato chefs shared their knowledge from the basics of making Authentic Italian gelato to advance courses of the intricate processes it consists. From the ingredients, balancing recipes, equipment advancement, and creating their own signature gelato flavors, GelAteneo has spread its reach by doing a demonstration at The Bakery by Café Dolci in Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC last April 2023. This allowed customers and mall-goers who were interested about the gelato to experience first-hand the actual gelato making. Over the years, GelAteneo conducts training and courses dedicated to the making of the famous Italian dessert – Artisinal Gelato from premium and all-natural ingredients.
