In Fabtech, the management value its employees the way they value their customers. This is why the company conducts several activities for employee engagement, one of which is the Annual Team Building, which everyone gets excited about! It was in November 12-13, 2022 that we had our team building at Netania de Laiya Beach Resort located at San Juan Batangas. Three departments from Fabtech Finance, Sales and IT, have come together as a family to enjoy, relax and build fond memories on the beach. I can still vividly recall how everyone has been energetic, competitive and collaborative with all the games we had in the afternoon and during that evening of our Day 1 we had our Date Night where everyone is dressed up to have dinner under the stars, sing, dance and shared stories of the things they are grateful of.”
