Here we are again.. the end of another year! I dont know how this happend. It was my birthday 5 minutes ago! Anyway.. Welcome to the Autumn Winter Issue of FAB. It’s filled with fun articles and gift inspiration. Theres a catch up with previous FAB cover stars and contribtors. It’s been such a busy year for many of them. We are spending the holiday season at my daughters in the countryside while they are skiing and we are eating out this year! A first.

My 50th year has been full of fun little adventures but it’s also been very challenging health wise. So there are a few things on my to do list which will roll over to next year..but I’m fine with that. The most important thing I’ve learned this year is to listen to your body and keep asking questions. The most fulfilling part of my year has been getting back in the saddle. My childhood friend Isobel has be the reason behind that and her allowing me to ride her horse Dolly has been the greatest part of finding myself again. To you Izzy I’m eternally grateful.

Whatever you are doing this season put yourself first. Make time for yourself and listen to your instincts. They are never wrong. Happy Christmas and thank you all so much for the huge support this magazine has from the midlife community..Heres to 2024!
