We are located between the Grand Goods retail store and the Hotel Owner’s Lounge (across from the main 4-pack elevators and the Grand Market). Please stop by and say hi!

PARKING

We are in the process of updating parking access. Parking permits will be refreshed later this season. For the time being, please stop by Owner Services for assistance.

Expect the following changes: We will issue new parking permits to replace your red hang tags. Your new parking permit will be RFID encoded and will double as your access key to the garage.

If you park across the street in the Ski Time Square parking structure, please remember to enter your license plate and the monthly parking code at the kiosk. If you do not enter your information, you could receive a ticket. The parking code for April 2025 is 8618 (valid through 5/5/25).

YOUR STAY & YOUR UNIT

Although we strive to have everything about your stay and your unit be perfect when you arrive, it’s possible that we will miss some things from time to time. If at any point during your stay, you find our services (guest service, housekeeping, or maintenance) to be lacking or items missing or in disrepair, we ask that you please let us know while you are still in-house, so that we can make our best efforts to address your concerns.

HOUSEKEEPING: To increase quality of stay for guests and owners, housekeeping daily service will be expanded for all reservation types. They will clean kitchen counters, load the dishwasher, clean the bathroom, and vacuum in addition to the trash, towel replacement, and amenity restock that they have done previously. If you would like the bed sheets changed, please reach out to Owner Services. We have adjusted pricing to reflect additional costs in labor and supply—housekeeping fees were last increased in 2022. If privacy sign is left on door past 2pm, services will not be provided. Even if services are refused, fees will apply.

MAINTENANCE: Please reach out to Owner Service or Front Desk for ALL maintenance requests. It is important the quality of your unit is top tier for yourself and your rental guests! Balcony doors have been unlocked for winter. Please be mindful and completely close the balcony door to prevent damage to your unit and a potential loss of future rental revenue. If you need anything from Owner Services please do not hesitate to stop-by, call or email, and we hope you have a great time in the ‘Boat!

YOUR ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, please check in at the Front Desk. Check-in time is at 4pm.

When you depart, please check out with the front desk and let them know when you have left (even if it’s very early), so that housekeeping knows they can get in to do the departure clean. It helps to make their day more efficient.

If you plan to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, please inform Owner Services.

RFID & OWNER ID CARDS

Our RFID access has been upgraded to a more secure frequency, requiring new ID cards. You will be issued 2 new Full Access RFID cards that will let you into the Health Club, Garage Locker Rooms, & Owner’s Lounge. You do not need new Immediate Family Member cards for your family, since these are not keycard activated.

If you have a family member still needing ID, please email owners@steamboat.com with a photo and name.

The barcode at the bottom will still be used for all discounts on the mountain (NOTE that discounts are currently unavailable at the Range). Each ownership is granted two activated full-access cards.

OWNERS’ STORAGE

- Garage Locker Rooms: BOTH garage locker rooms have been updated to RFID lock. Your NEW owner ID will allow you access to these rooms.

- Ski Storage and Slopeside Lockers: Storage and lockers are now located across the wooden bridge next to our public transit area and on the right just before the escalators. These spaces are open for the season from 7:30am to 4:30pm every day, and 5:00pm to 9:00pm for night skiing from Thursday to Sunday.

To retrieve skis, an owner’s ID, ski pass, or other form of photo ID will be required. Take a picture of your Owner ID on your phone to have for those morning’s you’re in a hurry.

Shuttle:

The Steamboat Grand offers a complimentary shuttle that runs to the store and downtown from 11:00am to 10:00pm. Must Call the Shuttle Line (970-871-5499) or download app (information below).

By scanning the barcode (below) or visiting the website, https://steamboatgrand.app.link/qr2023, you can download the new Downtowner app. Users can also search the App Store for Steamboat Grand Shuttle. This app allows users to make reservations, view pickup locations, and times (“Uber” style).

- After downloading the app, riders will open the app and create an account. To create an account, they will need the following access code: GRAND25

- Rider App Name: Steamboat Grand Shuttle

The pool and hot tubs are open every day from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

Poolside cocktail service will be available from 3:00pm to 9:00pm starting December 13.

** The official dates to complete the spring pool maintenance will be April 27, 2025 – May 10, 2025. This will include the pool and both hot tubs.

Health Club (Fitness Center, Locker Rooms, Sauna & Steam Room):

Hours (open with an attendant): every day from 8:00am to 10:00pm

Early morning unattended access via card reader starting at 6am.

Children below the age of 16 are PROHIBITED entry without an adult

Poolside Bistro & Grand Market:

Bistro Hours:

3:00pm to 9:00pm every day, starting December 13.

Market Hours:

6:30am to 11:00am every day through mid-December, 6:30am to 8:00pm every day, starting December 13.

The Cabin Restaurant:

Breakfast: 7:00am to 10:30am

Lunch: 11:00am to 3:00pm

Happy Hour: 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Dinner: 5:00pm to 9:00pm

OWNERS LOUNGE

The owner’s lounge is open! You can access the Owners’ Lounge with your NEW RFID Owner Card. The grill will be stocked with propane and the kitchen will be available for your use, but no outside alcohol is permitted. Please contact Owner Services to make reservations for large groups (four people or more).

Please reach out to owners@steamboat.com to personally reserve the lounge.

We have a separate and secure Wi-Fi network just for owners to use during their stay with us.
